From the beginning of the booking to the last visit, Rachel was great! Each rover card provided great detail of the visits, keeping our minds at ease. And she was super accommodating when we wanted to add a last minute visit to the stays. Highly recommend her services and will definitely use her services for future bookings!

She has been truly eager to know everyway she could look after our cats better and even went beyond to ensure our plants were watered! Mariana did a wonderful job watching my cat while I was away. Her descriptions of how my cat was doing were spectacular. I felt very comfortable with her watching after the cat.
