Xiao Li was very on task, responsive attentive and thoughtful. I requested a same day drop-in services and she was very flexible to accommodate my time. She followed every instruction and took good care of my cats. She was very patient with my cats as well. I will definitely recommend her services!

Paulina is so sweet! This was my first time using rover so I was a little nervous. She exceeded my expectations! My cats are very shy so I didn’t think they’d come out and play with her for the 3 days she was watching them. But they both played and let Paulina love on them 😊 we will definitely rebook.

Rocelyn was able to provide drop in visits for our kitties, and we are so thankful. She was super communicative and kept us fully updated. We adopted our kitties in August and this was our first time leaving them for an extended period of time, and this was our first time using Rover, too. We were super impressed with Rocelyn’s care for our kitties, the whole process was smooth plus the photos and updates made us feel at ease.
