I can’t say enough wonderful things about Star! She took care of my two pugs over a long holiday weekend, and from the moment I reached out to her, I knew they were in great hands. Her communication was stellar throughout the entire time, always quick to respond and regularly checked in with updates, which made me feel so much more at ease as a nervous paw parent. What truly set her apart, though, were the amazing photos and videos she shared with me. Not only did these keep me informed on how my pups were doing, but they also captured just how much love and excitement she had for spending time with them. It was so clear that she genuinely enjoyed every moment with my pugs, and they were having a blast with her! She even went above and beyond by incorporating an extra visit into her schedule to ensure they had the attention they needed after a change in my plans. This thoughtful gesture really meant the world to me and showed how much she cares about the dogs in her care. I was initially hesitant about leaving my pups because it’s hard for me to be away from them, but thanks to Star’s professionalism, attention to detail, and warmth, I had complete peace of mind the entire time I was away. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and fun-loving dog sitter. I’ll definitely be using her services again in the future! Azia is great! She did everything we asked and kept our car happy and fed! Communicated with us as needed and sent photos. Would definitely book her again when we’re out of town.
