Dog Boarding in McDonald

Mollie and Anthony’s farm has been my dog Rumi’s home away from home for the past year and a half, whenever I go for extended trips. Not sure why it took me so long to write a review, probably a bit of selfishness, as I can’t imagine, ever having to put my dog in a kennel again! They are hands-down the best environment I’ve found for my dog who will literally not get out of the car if he knows he’s going to some other places. They never have too many dogs so they all get a lot of play and attention, and they really treat your dog like their own. Don’t hesitate to book them, your dog will get more than food and shelter-he/she will get ❤️😊!

Our pooch is getting up in years and boarding him at a kennel was not in his best interest. We found Susannah and Richard through the Rover app and had them look after our doggo while we were on vacation. They provided a quiet and relaxed setting with walks and plenty of attention. We couldn’t have been happier with Susannah and Richard and will definitely use them again.

Heather was outstanding. She took great care of our Bruno. She sent lots of pictures and kept me informed with what Bruno was doing. The pictures that she sent me, I could tell that my little fur baby was having a wonderful time. He showed it by smiling so hard. I would definitely leave Bruno in Heathers care again.

Lori and Frank are amazing, warm, fun people. My pup took to them easily and came home happy. I will definitely hoping they are available for izzy's next visit.

Caleb and his husband were amazing and kind sitters for our little guy. We so appreciate not having to worry about him while we’re gone - thank you, Caleb, for giving our boy lots of cuddles and a warm spot in the sun!

Lisa and her family were wonderful! We were leaving our fur child with them for a weekend while attending a family wedding event. Lisa is prompt with communication and provided multiple updates, photos and a video of Roscoe's time with them. I wasn't sure he'd want to leave! Her property is wonderful for an active dog with roam to roam about and Roscoe was a happy pup when we picked him up. We'll definitely book with Lisa again when back in the area. Thank You!!!

Lucky to have found Sophia and her family to watch over our Maya! Without a doubt, Maya was well cared for and in good hands! Relieved to know we have a good contact for Maya when needed!!

We’re so happy we found Dustin on rover! We had our pup, Felipe, stay for the weekend with him and it was the most relaxing weekend we’ve had. We received tons of pictures/videos which made us feel at ease! Dustin was easy to talk to , loved on Felipe so much, cared for him so well and officially earned the title of Uncle Dustin. We highly recommend him and plan to continue using him for care. His place truly is a Disneyland for dogs!

Christopher was so amazing! We have a shy dog who is typically very uncomfortable with strangers, but he was able to get Blue dog to quickly open up and feel comfortable during her stay. We were able to see that our dog was having a great time there with his dog Lincoln through the photos and text updates. Christopher is clearly a natural caretaker and we’ll definitely check with him before our next trip!

Alex and his partner Brianna are amazingly patient and loving. Sunny, my wonderful, senior dog, spent three nights with them and was deservedly spoiled! They catered to her every need to feel secure and I am so grateful for that! In addition, they sent regular updates with photos and even put festive sweaters on her to keep her warm <3 Their kindness and compassion are unbeatable and I am ever grateful!

Dane is the pet sitter I trust with my baby Jack. I know Jack will be taken care of well because he obviously loves him as his own. I can't say enough. He is my Jack's Papa Da!

Absolutely wonderful - Hannah is a trustworthy, capable, and communicative resource and we are so thankful to have found her. Hannah took such good care of our dog, Honey, and made us feel so comfortable that she was well taken care of. I recommend Hannah with the highest confidence!

I cannot recommend this sweet, loving, and professional family enough to care for your pet! We had to find a pet sitter last minute for the holidays and we lucked out. Gabriel and Laura accommodated us and our schedule and sent plenty of pictures and updates! Their sweet daughter is the cherry on top because she loved on our dog as well! You can have peace of mind that your pet will be well cared for and I think their rates are very reasonable! 5 stars all around!

Emily was very warm and friendly and I knew my dog would be in good hands while I was away for the day. She sent me pictures and a video of my dogs stay with her. I was able to relax and enjoy myself, knowing that my dog was in good hands.

We got into a pickle just a few days before the start of our vacay, when our dog/house sitter got sick and could no longer care for our Hazel. I found Brandi on Rover, was impressed with all the stellar reviews and reached out to her last minute. Within 24 hours, we had a meet and greet and she agreed to take Hazel for the 8 days we would be away. I was SO grateful as this was our first time leaving her and the last thing we wanted to do was board her at a facility. We received daily messages and pics of Hazel having a blast with all her new friends, which helped to alleviate any angst we were feeling. Upon picking Hazel up, we received a little photo book of Hazel and friends, with pics that were taken during her stay…this was the cherry on the sundae! :) We couldn’t have been more pleased, and are so glad we found Brandi and now have our go-to sitter when needed in the future!

Amazing!! Anna was beyond exceptional in taking great care of our boy Pluto. She was quick to respond to the initial request and an easy peasy meet-and-greet. We felt beyond comfortable with her, her home, and her dog, and knew our boy would be in excellent hands during our time away on vacation. We kindly asked if she would send us small updates daily just to know Pluto was thriving and she went above and beyond, sending text updates, pictures and videos all showing Pluto was having his very own vacation with them, what a win-win! We are beyond thankful to her for taking such great care of our sweet boy and for being the kind, wonderful person she is. Highly, highly recommend Anna! She gets an 11 out of 10, 110%, 6 starts all the way! Thanks Anna!

Olive had a great time and Emily sent great updates! It was nice to know she was well taken care of throughout the week
