We had such a great experience with Hai as our dog sitter! From the start, our dog Bruno felt comfortable with him, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Hai was attentive, kind, and clearly experienced with dogs. He provided us with daily updates, including photos and messages, which we really appreciated. Neptune had a great weekend at Leanne's home. She and her families are loving and caring people. They even cooked for Neptune when he was picky on his regular dog food. Neptune definitely had the best time at their place that you can easily tell from his happy face. I am very grateful for Leanne and her families!

I’m extremely particular about who takes care of my dog, and Catherine was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we left, she kept us updated with wonderful photos and videos that showcased just how happy and well-cared-for our dog was. Catherine’s commitment was evident in the frequent, enjoyable walks she took our dog on, and her cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. When we picked up our dog, she was in fantastic condition and clearly had a great time. Catherine’s care went above and beyond, and I totally recommend her to anyone seeking outstanding pet care!

Remya took great care of Jojo.. we were worried since this was his first stay and he's just four months old. Remya seems very experienced with handling dogs and she sent regular updates everyday. I was a little worried that Jojo would be staying with few other dogs that were staying with Remya but she made sure to provide me with all details so that I was more comfortable. I would definitely leave Jojo with Remya again!

Leah was very understanding, communicative, accommodating and supportive to our lil old dogs special needs/requests. She sent constant updates pics, etc when asked to ease our concerns. I, my dog has old age, double medication, anxiety issues and seemed very easy no issue with Leah, meaning my dog felt safe. Will definitely use Leah again!! Not to mention she’s conveniently close to SJC which was convenient dropping/picking up

This was our first time using Rover for pet boarding and Emily made this a great experience for us. Logistically, she is a great communicator and provided us with timely updates including pictures and videos of our cat Damien in her care. Damien has a tough time adapting to change and spends a lot of time hiding when around new people but around Emily he came out of his shell very quickly. We feel really fortunate to have found Emily.

My dog had a great time with Amith and Akira this weekend. Amith graciously responded to my last minute request and was very communicative throughout the entire process with frequent updates about Maya’s wellbeing. He was very careful and attentive of her dietary needs, gave her frequent exercise, and provided excellent care to my dog. We will definitely be rebooking with Amith and recommend him to all pet parents!

Soyoung has taken very good care of our puppy Luna. You can tell she loves pets a lot and care a lot for them. She sent us photos and videos everyday and let us know how Luna is doing. I can tell Luna has had a wonderful time at Soyoung's place and Luna has become besties with everyone in the house. We will board Luna at Soyoung's place again when we travel in the future. I'm so glad we found her on Rover, she is wonderful!
