Valerie took such good care of my dog Buzz. He was very happy. I also loved that Valeria prepared a document ahead of time of his feeding schedule, likes etc. I will definitely use her again for Buzz.

This was our first time using Rover for pet boarding and Emily made this a great experience for us. Logistically, she is a great communicator and provided us with timely updates including pictures and videos of our cat Damien in her care. Damien has a tough time adapting to change and spends a lot of time hiding when around new people but around Emily he came out of his shell very quickly. We feel really fortunate to have found Emily.

We had to find our dog boarding for a week when we traveled to our sons in east coast. My dog traveled few times with us but she really didn't like air travel. Our friends who took care of our dog when we traveled also couldn't take my dog as they are also away. We found Catherine and her family from Rober. Wow!!! She and her family took care of our dog with full of love. We can tell by looking our dogs eye in photo and how she react when we picked her up. We also got very informative communication with Catherine. We feel so lucky to find Catherine and her family. We definitely recommend Catherine to anyone who need the best boarding for their lovely dogs. Catherine is the best!!

Deepthi took excellent care of Loki, and handled his bland diet very well! I also received updates throughout his stay, and Loki enjoyed his stay very much!

We were so happy with Zeke’s boarding experience! From the moment we dropped him off, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. The care and attention he received really showed, and we loved getting lots of photos and updates throughout his stay. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. This was my first time leaving my cat, Olive, with someone as we all went out of town. I was very anxious and nervous, but Michelle made all of that go away instantly! She sent me very frequent updates and gave me daily updates about Olive’s health, mood, and habits of the day. Steven is the best sitter ever. Our dog Einstein didn't show separate anxiety at the dropping off time, and we have seen Einstein was happy every day from Steven's daily photos updates. Steven gave the dog lots walking and social playing time during the stay. We are going to come back with Steven soon.

Aleksei and Galina took great care of my Frenchie Louis. They were understanding when he arrived with a cone, and were great at communicating how he was doing during the week. They sent lovely photos and were very wonderful caretakers for Louis. Thank you both!!!!

I’m happy to have found Queenie to care for my dog while I was away for a couple of hours. She was friendly and communicative, sending me updates with photos and videos throughout the day. I appreciated her follow-ups and attention to my dog's eating schedule and acitivities. It was my dog's first time with a dog sitter outside of family or friends, so I was a bit nervous. But Queenie seemed to do a good job in making my dog comfortable and my dog appeared to be well cared for. Overall, I'd recommend Queenie to others looking for a dog sitter. She was reliable and very good in communication.

Xiuhui was an amazing caregiver for daisy who is an elderly dog. She was very attentive to her and treated her well, often making things for her to eat. She sent many pictures and videos daily. She is flexible, reliable and a great communicator. I highly recommend Xiuhui!!
