Sandra had excellent communication throughout the stay and my pup felt totally at home. I would definitely use Sandra again.

Highly recommend! Amy was great to work with - she was able to accommodate a somewhat last minute request and I can tell my dog was happy being there. She made friends with Amy's dog Henry and it makes it a lot easier to go away knowing she's comfortable and has a playmate when I'm gone.

Thuy and family took great care of our little guy. We were nervous at first since we couldn't meet them in person first due to living up in Norcal and hearing that another bigger dog would be there at the same time. But they went the extra mile to put us at ease in getting extra gates if needed to keep them separated. But they weren't needed in the end. During the stay we got constant pictures and updates to see how our dog was doing and when we picked him up you could tell he had a great stay. Definitely would use them again when I'm back down here.

Mellisa is a fabulous pet sitter! My pup Rocket had the best time on his recent four night boarding. He is so happy unlike when I’ve picked him up from a traditional boarding facility and is truly worn out from all the playing he did! Mellisa goes above and beyond when it comes to pet care. She sent me videos, photos and updates to help me feel more at ease. When I arrived to pick up she had everything ready to go and it took less than a minute. I’ll be requesting Mellisa again for all my boarding needs and I highly recommend her!

Hoai is absolutely amazing! She cared for both of our dogs with the same love and attention we give them ourselves. We truly appreciated her regular updates and the many photos she sent while we were away. Our pups always seem happy and relaxed in her care, which gives us total peace of mind. We’ve already used her twice and have her booked again for our next trip—she’s someone we completely trust!

Chance was so very well taken care of ! I received numerous daily videos of playtime and walks, he came back home happy as can be. House was very spacious , dog friendly with a nice sized accessible fenced backyard . I am so happy he was well taken care of and shown so much attention and affection . Wen was super!! She was patient and caring and my little Megan loved her! Wen was also excellent at keeping me updated on Megan’s day by sending me photos periodically, without me even asking for them!! We liked Lee so much that we already booked another stay! Lee is warm-hearted and friendly and she gave Ladybug loving affection, lots of attention, and plenty of walks. We feel so... lucky that we found Laura to watch our dog while we were out of town, she was terrific! Laura was kind and caring, asked questions to make sure she knew our dog's routines, likes, and dislikes in order to make it a more comfortable stay for her. We received many photos to show us how things were going and even a recap every so often. There were many walks and lots of play time with Laura and her own dogs. Communication was great. I would definitely recommend Laura to watch your pet for a day or an extended period of time!

Xiaochang was amazing from the beginning. She accepted him at very last minute and was a lifesaver to us in that moment. She was so good and patient with our dog. She took great care of him and sent pictures, videos, and updates on how he was doing during his two day stay. She is highly recommended.

River had a great stay with Gayl and Dave. Gayl took good care of him and he came home happy. It was clear he bonded with her and adjusted to his home away from home. Gayl is also an excellent communicator and we received daily updates and pics. We’ve already booked River’s next stay with Gayl.

Xiaoying and her husband took care of my cat, Boots, for a week while I was helping my mom recover from her surgery. They are the kindest, most caring people I have ever met and it is very clear how they genuinely cared for my cat while she was in their care. They kept in close contact with me while they were taking care of my cat, and they provided lots of photos/videos throughout her stay with them. I definitely recommend them, and I will book with them again in the future.
