Alia sent me frequent updates and asked lots of good questions, which demonstrates her dedication to treating my dog exactly as I do! Alia did a home stay and treated my house respectfully. She is very patient with my anxious dog. Suki says thank you!!!

My wife and I sincerely love working with Bennett to care for our dogs and cat whenever we head out of town. He is always so helpful, communicative, and truly cares about their happiness, comfort, and overall well being. Whenever we get back home they are always so happy and well taken care of. There is not enough space here to give all the compliments due to Angie. She was exceptional. Great communicator, wonderful with our dog, went above and beyond taking care of our home, and relieved us of any and all anxiety of leaving our pet at home while we were gone. We would hire her again without question and have already referred her to two other pet owners. A notable tell tale is that Mazie went looking for Angie in the house more than once the day she left. We can't thank her enough.

Esmerelda is wonderful! This was the first time I have ever used a pet sitting service. Esmerelda came to meet me and my pets before the scheduled 3-nights of pet sitting that she would do at my apartment. She asked great questions and had an easy-going personality. I could tell right away that she is a kind person who cares about animals. She made me feel comfortable and was very available for communication regarding my pets while I was away. She even text me pictures and updates which I really appreciated! I have booked more services with her, including check in's, mid-day walks, and overnights at my apartment. I would highly recommend her!

Casey is amazing! He is so kind, patient, and attentive to all of Tira’s special needs and quirks. He took extra attention and care to getting to know Tira and make her comfortable while we were gone. We really appreciated Casey coming over prior to taking care of Tira and meeting her.

We're pretty particular with who we let into our home, let alone, house-sit. Furthermore, we're even more protective about who we leave our furrbaby with. We contacted Malcom for house-sitting Kali, our 6 month old AKK with separation anxiety, for a weekend. During our initial connection, he was responsive, personable, and easily available. He asked great questions on how to best serve our puppy. We set-up an initial meet and greet and Kali loved him! He was extremely flexible, came early, stayed late, ensured that our home and furrbaby was cared for, and sent pictures and updates. We are so appreciate and thankful for him. We're happy Kali was in such good hands. Out of all the Rover sitters we've used in the past, he's the best and we'll definitely utilize his services again in the future! Seng was an amazing sitter for our two wonderful but idiosyncratic dogs. Sang watched our dogs at our apartment over a week during the holidays. She was incredibly thoughtful and kind with them, and managed to strike a remarkable balance of giving them care and affection while still imposing the structure they are used to and benefit from. Every day we got multiple pictures and updates — it was clear they were thriving and getting lots of play time and going on many walks. Our two dogs are very different personality wise and it was clear Seng understood and cared for them differently. The videos she sent made it so clear that our typically difficult and opinionated dogs had quickly fallen in love with her. They were acting in ways they only do when they are super comfortable and happy. Seng went above and beyond in many ways. She took our most stubborn and vet-hostile dog to the vet when we thought he may have an ear infection, and handled giving him meds and keeping us informed in a great balance. She showered the dogs without being asked, and apparently they were very complaint which reflects their comfort! We arrived home to an apartment cleaner than how we left it. We would recommend Seng without reservation to anyone.

Joshuah is a Great fellow with a never-ending supply of patience and enough sternness to keep our little devil dog Bentley in line and wanting more. Joshuah is punctual and knowledgeable enough to teach us a thing or two about our dog. We felt very comfortable leaving Bentley in Joshuah's capable hands and will book him again when another trip comes. Thank you, Rover, for making an easy transition for our travel.
