House Sitting in Montecito

Cheryl exceeded our expectations! We were so worried our rambunctious 9 month old Sibe, and senior shy Jack Russell mix would be overwhelming... NOT for Cheryl. Our pup even learned a few new tricks, and our shy guy got lots of snugs! Our home was as if someone professionally cleaned it...SPOTLESS! It was so comforting getting all the pics and updates- We didn’t worry about the babies..new they were safe and well cared for! I cannot recommend Cheryl enough.. so grateful to have found such a lovely, caring person for our dogs! Cherie

Jessica gave excellent care and left our home in immaculate condition. I just have a question abt. The cost of adding on an extra day. We had an emergency situation where we had needed an extra sitter day and were told it would cost an extra $745 for that one added day. Is this the policy of Rover to add this exorbitant amount? I actually declined it and made other arrangements with family. I will say Jessica and her two children really helped my Mysti to stay calm and happy during our absence. Thank you Rover!

Our pups Elijah & Reggie are not so welcoming to strangers but Chase found tickets and ways to calm them down so they could all hang while we were gone. It was the perfect match

Daniel helped me out in a difficult situation: with short notice, I needed someone who could take care of a puppy just out of a major surgery. Daniel took amazing care of my pup -- the little guy owes his life to Daniel! It was not at all expected under the circumstances, but Daniel also took great care of the house as well. I can't recommend Daniel strongly enough

Mike was great. Very responsive. He took care of Chloe & Culver while we went to dinner. Definitely recommend.

Kendall was a great dog sitter. She took care of our pups and was very responsive during her stay. We came home to happy dogs and a clean house. We would book with her again!

Anny was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely book with her to sit for my dog next time I am out of town! She sent me daily text and picture updates along with anecdotes of their day. I think my dog Willie probably had more fun this weekend than he usually does with me! She took him hiking and to the dog park which she always got my approval for before doing any activities. She paid close attention to details and even bathed him after he got a little dirty playing! She was great with Willie and I think Willie will miss her!

Debra is amazing! Not only were we able to enjoy our holiday knowing that our fur baby was happy and being cared for, but we came back to a house that was even cleaner than we left it. Debra went above and beyond, even leaving us some food covers for us to better store half-eaten cans in the fridge. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hope to have Debra back again soon!

Auri was awesome! We had to go out of town for a work trip, and our boys were well taken care of, especially our boy on medicine. She responded promptly always, sent us picture updates, and even offered to clean the house before we got home ❤️ thank you for taking great care all around!

Santiago had a great time with Lisa! Lisa house sat and stayed with Santi while I was away for an entire day. She is friendly, kind, and was great with my tiny senior pup. She texted me updates and pictures throughout the day and my dog was sad to see her leave. I’m so happy to have found a great dog sitter near by.

Grace was incredible. She responded to my message swiftly, was communicative and kind all throughout, left our home immaculate, and our pitties adored her. What more could you ask for in a sitter? I’m deeply grateful to have found Grace as trusted support and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of someone to care for their pets.
