Alyssa was the greatest in watching KitKat for me while I was away! I loved all the photos that she sent back of KitKat and hearing that she purred with Alyssa. Thank you so much for caring for her while I was gone!

I can’t say enough good things about Jill. She’s incredibly flexible, she took care of my house and my fur babies sooooo well. She sends pictures all the time and the communication never stops. I honestly never felt like I had to worry with her watching my babies. Thank you Jill we love you!

This was the first time we had used Rover and also the first time we had retained Desiree as a drop-in visit sitter for our cat, Mr. Darcy. Before the visits, Desiree came to our home for a 'meet and greet" and patiently reviewed with me our care needs. She also quickly responded affirmatively when I added a couple of additional items to our care list after the "meet and greet." During the two visits, Desiree ably completed the items on our care list and sent messages and photos to document her visits. (Mr. Darcy, as expected, was too shy to come out during the visits, so the photos necessarily focused on the tasks Desiree had performed. We were quite pleased with the service provided by Desiree and plan to contact her in the future when the need arises again.

Kimberly was so good taking care of my Marni. She feed her just like we asked because Marni is very allergic to a lot of things. I seen on the cameras how sweet she treated Marni. Also and most importantly Marni loved her. This was our first time using this app and she made the experience using this app pleasant.

Cynthia is wonderful! I trust her implicitly with my dogs. She is very communicative, thorough, and detail oriented, and truly loves our fur babies!

Annabella did amazing! We have had other sitters from rover but she did the best job we have had. She sent pictures of her snuggled up with one of our cats and our other is very stand offish but somehow she managed to pet him and earn his trust while we were gone. She communicated with us during the week and made us feel at ease to enjoy our trip because our fur babies were taken care of. Will definitely be using her again!
