Dog Boarding in Novato

Alex and Brianna took excellent care of my dog Mira. This was my first time leaving her for a full week, and I was a bit nervous about finding the right fit. But from the start, communication was easy, and the entire process was smooth and reassuring. They sent plenty of updates and photos, and we even did a FaceTime check-in — which really helped ease my mind. Mira clearly felt at home, instantly bonding with their sweet dog Lulu. It was heartwarming to see how comfortable and happy she was in their care. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m so grateful to have found such kind and reliable sitters through Rover. We would absolutely choose to return in the future!

I can not say enough amazing things about Lindsay and how comfortable and confident I felt in her caring for our dog. We have a Frenchie and they can be ... some maintenance (heat sensitive, they need their face folds clean, etc) and she was great about all of it. I got regular updates and pics and when I picked up my doggy, she had everything ready to go for quick transport AND my doggy was happy! I will definitely use Lindsay again. Thank you Lindsay!!!

Lori & Frank are simply the best. Our puppy had an incredible visit and Lori & Frank were amazing to work with from booking through visit. I am so grateful that they were willing and able to take on a 5-month old puppy! He clearly had an amazing visit - facilitated by the outstanding environment and care of Lori & Frank. I truly hope to be able to see them again for a future endeavor!

Anali took great care of my dog, sent pictures of playing tag in the yard and going on walks, and let me know when she noticed any unusual behavior. Picked up a healthy and happy dog after my trip.

Great family, my puppy Rosie was in great hands with Kellie and her daughter and husband. Great back yard for play! My puppy was only 13 weeks old and couldn't be out in public yet. Kelli made sure she was safe and well taken care of.

Fantastic boarding experience for my canine daughter. My dog was well cared for, and she enjoyed her experience. She was stimulated daily with games and training. She got along very well with Stephanie’s golden retriever. Overall a very great experience and I would book again with Stephanie.

Enzo stayed at Juan and Ashley's house for a whole weekend while we were traveling. Enzo is not an easy dog (he is a really high energy dog, resource guarding and some behavioral problems) but Ashley and Juan took good care of him and knew how to handle every situation with him, he looked happy and they were always sending us photos of Enzo and informing us how he was, which made me feel calm. Both my husband and I are grateful to both of them for taking such good care of our dog

We had a wonderful experience with Nancy. We’re always so nervous to leave Hunter with anyone as his behavioral quirks can be a challenge to deal with for anyone not familiar or comfortable with him. She was caring and went above and beyond giving him extra toys, chews, and so much walk time - he came home totally exhausted. She shared photos and gave regular updates to keep us at ease. We already have our next trip (Hunter’s next “vacation”) booked with Nancy!

It’s my first time using Rover and Noey made this one of the best experiences ever! I had a last minute hiccup, in a different city, hundreds of miles away from home. I needed a rover sitter at the very last minute. Noey was such a hero in the moment of need. She was very much accommodating and easy to work with. I was a bit anxious leaving my senior fur baby to a stranger other than my family members, but she was a professional and knew exactly how to care for my gal Momo. I was even more relieved to know that she’s been in the dog caring business for a while, with a home that would be a dog’s dream. Living as the only fur baby for so many years, Momo was a very guarded dog, that needed time to adjust to people and other dogs. I was glad to know that Momo took a liking to Noey and her fur babies instantly, and adjusted accordingly. Noey, updated me frequently on Momo’s well-being. I really loved how Noey periodically sent text reports, with the bonus pictures of Momo and her new fur pals. It eased my mind to know that Momo was being socialized well, and was in the care of someone well-qualified and caring. If I were to ever visit the Bay Area again, I would definitely seek Noey out!

Edward was a great dog sitter. He was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He even took Cali to the vet for us to make sure her eye was alright. He was flexible and took great care of Cali while we are gone.
