Dog Boarding in Novato

Alex and Brianna took excellent care of my dog Mira. This was my first time leaving her for a full week, and I was a bit nervous about finding the right fit. But from the start, communication was easy, and the entire process was smooth and reassuring. They sent plenty of updates and photos, and we even did a FaceTime check-in — which really helped ease my mind. Mira clearly felt at home, instantly bonding with their sweet dog Lulu. It was heartwarming to see how comfortable and happy she was in their care. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m so grateful to have found such kind and reliable sitters through Rover. We would absolutely choose to return in the future!

All stages of booking and stay and pickup were super easy since Lindsay is a very organized and quick on responses. She shared updates with me while we were out of town. I’m a happy customer and I’ll utilize her services for sure in the future 👍🏼👍🏼

Lori and Frank were amazing with my two hyper Frenchies! I’m always nervous leaving them with a new sitter because they can be a lot, they have big personalities and some weird little quirks that can be hard to handle. But Lori and Frank totally got them. We just moved to the Bay Area, so finding the right sitter felt stressful, but they made it super easy. The pups came home happy, tired, and clearly well loved. You can tell they got lots of attention and playtime, which means the world to me. So grateful to have found them, definitely booking again!

Enzo stayed at Juan and Ashley's house for a whole weekend while we were traveling. Enzo is not an easy dog (he is a really high energy dog, resource guarding and some behavioral problems) but Ashley and Juan took good care of him and knew how to handle every situation with him, he looked happy and they were always sending us photos of Enzo and informing us how he was, which made me feel calm. Both my husband and I are grateful to both of them for taking such good care of our dog

Tamara took wonderful care of my little dog! She went above and beyond and sent me pictures throughout my trip with a written update, so I knew how my dog was doing. We really appreciated how thoughtful Tamara was in introducing the dogs to each other. She was very sweet with my dog and I highly recommend her to take care of your animals.

My pup Noodles had a great time. Came back after a two night stay tired and happy. We loved the small dog specialization and felt totally comfortable leaving him there. Got timely photos on request and overall had a great experience.

Nancy did a great job caring for our high energy, alpha German Shepherd. She was flexible in accommodating our somewhat unpredictable schedule, and kept us well informed along the way. I recommend Nancy highly.

Kellie and Nathan did a wonderful job watching out dog while we were away. I would highly recommend them, they were very good about sending updates and pictures so we could relax while we were away knowing he was well cared for.

Stephanie is amazing!! She took wonderful care of our pup. He received so much love and enjoyed spending time with Stephanie and her family. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using rover for my pup and we boarded him for 4 days with Stephanie. Moose tends to have some separation anxiety at first when we try to leave him with someone else, but he was ready to play and mingle the minute we left! Stephanie did a great job updating us all weekend with pics and it was evident Moose was having a blast. I felt like she cared for him like one of her own; we were able to enjoy our trip knowing he was well cared for and in great hands. Thank you Stephanie !! We’ll definitely be in touch for future trips :)

Best sitter made my life so much easier

Edward was a great dog sitter. He was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He even took Cali to the vet for us to make sure her eye was alright. He was flexible and took great care of Cali while we are gone.
