House Sitting in Oak Valley

Our dogs, my husband and I all immediately liked Mel at the initial meeting. Our instincts were not wrong. She did an excellent job caring for our three dogs, one cat plus the house while we were away. Mel sent us videos or pics including short comments of happenings for each day. Mel baked special cookies for the dogs, gave our older dog a Reiki adjustment (he definitely seems to be moving a bit easier) and kept them to their usual schedule. As we were out of the country, it was very reassuring that all was well taken care of. Upon our return, we found the house was much cleaner than when we left, including windows that had been washed, baseboards and even the hard water lines scrubbed and removed in the toilet. It was obvious that our pets were happy upon our return and we could tell they were also wondering where Mel had gone. We highly recommend Mel's services and would definitely hire her to care for our pets & house in the future.

We booked four overnights with Justin for our 11 animals while we were out of state. My 4 dogs can be challenging and come off as aggressive to those who they don’t know well. When they made it difficult for Justin to enter our home, he reached out to formulate a solution and was able to access our home and make friends with the dogs. He reassured me he wouldn’t be backing out even with my dogs getting off on the wrong foot. They loved him and I could tell they were all so happy from the daily pictures he sent us. Our trip couldn’t have been possible without the help of Justin. His dedication is top tier and so appreciated! We will be booking again and would absolutely recommend!

Danielle did a wonderful job house sitting and watching our two dogs. She put my mind at ease with lots of pictures and communication. She even got us a housewarming gift. Thank you again

We had a last minute trip and needed someone to watch or 2 dogs and cat at our house. We were so happy to find Amy. She was responsive and answered our questions (this was the first time we had used Rover). She was flexible and helped us to feel comfortable about leaving our home and critters in the hands of a stranger. She let us know how the critters were doing and was really easy to work with. Bonus, I could barely tell anyone stayed at our house. I would use her again on a heart beat and will. I’ve referred her to others.

Our 3 dogs just LOVE Stacie. We have one big, one medium and one little and she is GREAT with all three. Thank you and we'll see you again in a few weeks for the overnight stay.

Alex is an exceptional house sitter and lover of dogs. My pups have never been happier. I have one with high anxiety who usually takes days to recover after I'm away. This time, she was not stressed. She is conscientious and left my house in perfect order. Thank you, Alex!

Allison was great with our dogs! They were both happy and comfortable when we arrived home. They weren’t even happy to see us lol. Which means they were very content with their sitter. :) Our older dog, Nina had an abscess which opened during her watch, and Allison took appropriate action and flushed it with water and temporarily stopped the bleeding. She is caring and great with animals! We would definitely book with her again!

Jessica was a great companion for Copper when we left town for a few days. She sent updates and kept us well-informed how things were going. I would highly recommend Jessica!

Annsley was prompt with communication and arrival. Out pets were happy and well taken care of.

We’re thrilled we found Makenna who has been amazing with Rheia (who tends to be picky with new people) and always reliable and very responsive. Makenna’s done a couple house-sitting visits for us, and we’re always confident that both Rheia and our home will be well cared for. We look forward to continuing to work with Makenna for our pet-sitting needs, and we love having someone nearby who we know and trust.

Cydney was immensely supportive. When I booked, my cat was healthy. When the time came, Cleo needed way more care. Cydney stepped up and covered everything like a professional. I'll have her back.
