I really appreciated Satia accepting a last minute drop-in request at 5AM to go check on my dog whose booked sitter was nowhere to be found. My dog was crying and howling, in the middle of the night, alone , had awaken all my angry neighbors. Satia demonstrated compassion, decision making skills, and empathy for the animal. She arrived at my house, was able to quickly calm my dog, gave her a small meal, a short walk. My dog magically and calmly fell asleep after Satia left. Dog knows when the sitter cares!. We are incredibly lucky to have found such a reliable and trustworthy sitter. Sidney is an incredible person and provides outstanding care for our cat. She also helps to take care of the home while we are away and keeps all of the cat area clean. She spends extensive time with our cat and sends beautiful photos. I highly recommend her!

Shannon loves my kitty like her own. She went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of when we were on vacation. She sent lots of pictures of my fur baby.
