Dog Boarding in Ojai

This was our first time using Rover for our two year old dogs Barry and Frost. Mariana made the experience seamless and communicated frequently throughout our pups stay. They were happy, content and had so much fun! Mariana sent us home with puppy treats and even washed their beds. We will definitely use her again!

Mario is a gem. Our Tonto loves to stay with Mario's family and we feel confident that he receives the best care. I give our highest recommendation for Mario. --Kate, Ventura

Misty was very accommodating with our needs and prompt with communication. Our dog enjoyed herself and was well taken care of. We received picture updates of the fun and care she was receiving. We will definitely use Misty again!

Stephanie and Jen were awesome! They watched both of our dogs and provided updates and pictures throughout the stay. The dogs had a nice enclosed side yard to play in, and our dogs were comfortable in their home with access to doggie beds and their sofa. Stephanie and Jen were also super friendly, had great communication, and were very caring towards our dogs. We will definitely use them again!

Cooper and Nora were amazing. They paid so much attention to our dog Kona. I never felt for a second he was getting the attention he needed. I highly recommend them.

Onyx had an amazing time at Elise and Brad’s house. Thank you so much! She spent 3 days and 2 nights and the entire time we were completely carefree. Elise was so sweet to update us without prompting, sending cute photos of Onyx making friends and enjoying her stay (definitely getting spoiled). We will definitely book with them again and recommend them for anyone who needs a sitter in the Ventura area! Easy communication, very flexible with our windows of time for drop off and pick up. And their own pups are absolutely adorable and friendly! Thanks again Elise & Brad!

First time rover booker here using Annie C and I couldn’t have been more happier. I was kept up to date on my pups. What I love the most is that she has a backyard so my dogs got to enjoy a yard while I was away. I would definitely book again. Thank you Annie for taking care of my pups.

Rachel is super nice and very friendly with my dogs! They were well cared for while I was away. Rachel was flexible, responsive, and sent pictures of my pups to let me know all was well. Definitely recommend!

Evelyn is great!! My usually nervous dog had a blast during his stay. He whined the whole way home when my husband picked him up, so clearly he enjoyed himself! She stayed in touch and sent me pictures of his fun. I appreciate the contact, as I was worried how he would behave initially. She quickly put my fears to rest. We have already booked his next stay with her and will continue to book with her whenever possible.

Saul seems like an awesome person and was an awesome sitter. He would send photos and let me know how my ol’ boy was doing regularly. Thanks, Saul! Appreciate you!

Claudia was responsive with booking and made us feel very comfortable with leaving our dog in her care during the meet and greet. Peanut had a great time with lots of play and snuggles. We were updated frequently with pictures which was appreciated. We were so thankful for the homemade treats that Claudia sent home too. Overall it was a great experience, we plan to use Claudia again, and would highly recommend her!

Andrew was a fantastic host for our Clementine! We were stranded last minute and Andrew was able to accommodate the last minute booking with ease. Great communication throughout the stay, sending us pictures of Clem on walks and relaxing. Will definitely book with Andrew next time!

Renee was awesome for my boy. Very sweet and attentive. It was the first time I went to say goodbye and he didn’t care, he wanted to explore the house. When I picked him up he was super relaxed and calm. Would highly recommend :)
