Ryan was SO GOOD with Lancelot! I’ve never used a dog walker before and Lance is nervous with strangers, so I was an anxious mama. Ryan showed up promptly for our meet and greet the other day, and it took no time for Lance to show signs of being comfortable with him. Before the scheduled walk today, Ryan kept me updated with his ETA, and left a detailed report at the end with lots of photos. It’s so clear that Lancelot was well taken care of. I will absolutely be hiring Ryan again!
