Dog Boarding in Pacoima

We started with a meet and greet with Lizet - we ended up meeting her fiancé, her Dad, and her two dogs. All of whom were great! Everyone did exactly the right thing when meeting new people/animals! LOL. It all went smoothly. Fast forward a week or two and we dropped Rocket off for an overnight. Lizet handled him well and knew how to deal with his collar and harness (the latter you would be surprised how many people can't figure out!). She ensured he got all his pills and sent pics/videos even though it was just 24 hours. She really seemed to care about him - which we love! Thanks Lizet!

Such a sweet and kind family! They took such good care of our Aussie, and kept us updated with lots of photos and videos. She can be a little nervous, but they made sure she was cozy and comfortable the whole time. By far the best sitter we’ve ever found! We’ll book with them everytime. I wholeheartedly recommend Adrián and his girlfriend as exceptional pet sitters. During my recent absence, they provided outstanding care for my dog, Doc Brown. Their home features a secure, grassy backyard, ideal for a canine companion. Beyond the excellent facilities, however, I was most impressed by their warm and welcoming personalities. Their genuine kindness and clear affection for animals were readily apparent throughout Doc Brown's stay. I have complete confidence in their ability to provide responsible and loving care for any pet.

Mary Ann is the absolute best! She kept me updated with pictures and videos , made sure my baby was okay and comfortable. She gave my baby lots of love and attention. I am super grateful for Mary Ann, my baby will definitely be back❤️❤️

Brenda was extremely kind and took wonderful care of my two small fur babies. They had never been away from home and I was very worried leaving them anywhere. Brenda was patient and followed tru with all my my requests with each pup. She hand fed when needed, walks were timely, playtime; even let them stay in her room because they dont like to be left alone. She was very responsive and sent pics tru out the 4 day stay. I felt so much relief and at ease, and will definitely use her services again. And what better feeling than when my babies saw her and both ran to her happily wiggling and trying to jump and snuggle with her. Thank you so much Brenda!

Alexis was very kind and caring, she would send photos and updates every single day without fail, she is also attuned to the dogs and only has one dog in her house at a time so she can give them the most attention which really shows she cares about the experience of each pet. Do not hesitate to book the sitter, she is great.

I was a little hesitant leaving my dogs with a complete stranger but after I thought about it, even people at kennels would be strangers and at least my dogs would be in a home setting. Once I chose Robert and began texting back and forth I felt better because I could already tell he was very friendly and was gonna take good care of my dogs. He was prompt in texting and asked important questions that would help him understand my dogs' needs. I have a 15yo Yorkie who wears a diaper, is blind, deaf, and possibly has dementia. My other dog is a 13yo Boston who's healthy and low maintenance. She just likes to chill next to you. They were with Robert from Friday to Tuesday. He sent pictures and updates everyday which made me feel better and confident they were fine. Robert and Fatima were very friendly and genuinely concerned with taking good care of my pups. I highly recommend them and will definitely go to them next time my dogs need a sitter.

I was looking for boarding place for my Yorkie Chase and most was expensive especially cause of the holiday. Plus some did not provide the attention I was looking for. I contact Lillybeth and she responded right away. We set up a meet and greet. Lillybeth is a really sweet lady. Right from the start her and her husband made us feel welcomed. She is also very understanding. Made me feel at at ease. We went to her house and she offered to show us around her house which was important to me just because my pup is small and can easily get out. Chase also got to interact with one of her dogs and got to explore. Chase seemed to be comfortable and not scared or nervous at all. So I definitely felt comfortable and at ease leaving Chase with Lillybeth and her family. The 2 days we were away she was sending me updates along with pictures and videos. Which was very appreciated. Thank you Lillybeth! I would most definitely leave Chase with her again.

Basilio couldn’t be a nicer person. My sweet dog felt right at home because of Basilio’s warm heart and gentle demeanor. The environment is perfect and I will be scheduling future visits for Basilio to care for my girl.

Annabelle and Ben were amazing with my shy, anxious girl. They took the time to make her feel comfortable and I could tell she was in such good hands. She also got along very well with their sweet pup, Ranger. I really appreciated the updates and photos too. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

This was my first time leaving my precious dog with Renata and I appreciated the dedication to providing him with the best care. I received so many photos during his stay and felt so secure and knew he was safe there.

We had a great experience with Hasmik. Our dog Louie was well-cared for, and he bonded well with Hasmik and her husband. We enjoyed getting photos and updates. We'd definitely have her watch Louie again.

Ilse and her family were a God send! She treated my dog like family, sending me photos and videos daily to make me feel at peace. It was so clear in the photos that my little Pixie was so happy! She walked her several times a day and let her live amongst them like their family pet. She took her out and even bought her a super cute dress! I’m so glad I finally have someone to depend on for this in the future!

Earl and Katherine were great with my very large dog, Djinna. She got along right away with the sitter's pet (Lucie) and felt immediately comfortable in the home. They sent me updates of how Djinna was doing. It is very reassuring to have dedicated pet sitters such as Earl and Katherine. I'll rebook anytime!

She’s a great dog sitter. Sends pictures daily or every other day, send updates, & knows about all breeds. My puppy didn’t even notice me when she was bringing him to my car, he was so comfortable and thought he was just using the bathroom before they went back inside. Lol. Will book again 😁

Jean was the best dog sitter for our older dog Bolt! Our pup requires daily medicine, and Jean made sure she was giving the appropriate dose while Bolt was in her care. Jean is professional, friendly and has a great rapport with dogs. Because our Bolt can be cranky with new people we were worried, but she took to Jean right away. We felt calm and comfortable leaving Bolt with Jean while on our family trip to NYC. And Jean sent us photos of Bolt during the weekend so we wouldn’t worry! Two thumbs up for Jean! Will definitely book again.
