House Sitting in Palo Alto

Shalese was awesome with my pup, Sandy. She's quite old but still energetic. She's prompt at communicating and sent me pics of my pup while I was away. My dog isn't friendly with other animals and Shalese did a great job keeping her away from others on their walks. Would definitely hire again.

My goodness, not enough amazing things could be said about Liz and how well she cared for our dog and our home! We found Liz and knew immediately upon meeting her that she would be the perfect fit for our pup - she brought great energy, instantly loved on our girl, and asked great questions to get to know her. Liz was so kind and considerate, both in terms of caring for Margaret and while staying in our home. It is a very vulnerable thing to trust someone to care for your fur baby, but Liz is so knowledgable and cares so much for animals, we were instantly put at ease. Liz was very communicative, was great about sending updates, and set great expectations for care. As she works from home, our girl got the level of attention she is used to, if not more, which is a big deal! Liz followed all care instructions to a T and easily got Margaret more exercise than she normally gets! She even dealt with a bit of upset tummy on her last day with no complaints (thanks again!)! Liz took great care of our home, also a very vulnerable ask of another person. We returned to a very clean home, exactly as we'd left it - but with clean linens, which was very helpful after a long day of travel! Liz was even kind enough to clear off the back patio during an unexpected storm so that we did not have any damage to our things. Liz went above and beyond for both our dog and our home and we are so, so grateful! If you are looking for someone who will love and care for your pet as much as you do, Liz is simply the best choice out there! We look forward to having her stay with Margaret again in the future!

Sumaira was fabulous! She took great care of our young, active dog and our mischievous kitty over the holidays and left our animals happy and our house clean (despite the rain). We really appreciated the frequent photos and check-ins, and her flexibility when we weren’t sure if our flight would get in on time. We would happily have her stay here again!

Maria was excellent! We’d be happy to have her stay with our pup who needs an emotional support human at all times. She went the extra mile with our anxious boy keeping him company while eating (and sharing lots of treats). She’s a great communicator and asks great questions. Maria and our pup hit it off fast. We love our boy so much and we could tell Maria provided as much love as we would give him. Thank you Maria!

We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! He went above and beyond for us. You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares deeply about the animals (and families) he helps. Our pets were clearly so loved while we were away and he took such great care of our home as well. He’s kind, reliable, and just an all around wonderful person. We will absolutely book him again for future trips!

Kimberly is awesome, as always. Emmy loves her, she takes good care of my home, and she takes adorable pictures of a very happy cat. What more could you ask for?

Stephen was extremely caring, considerate, and detail oriented with our dog Willow. He sent many photos, took her on many walks, and kept us in the loop with great communication. He is an expert when it comes to making your dog feel comfortable and loved.

I was in an emergency situation and Trina watched my handsome Rottweiler. We did a meet and greet and he took to her right away. He’s a mama boy but by the last night of the stay, he was sleeping with her. She was great with reporting any concerns and the house was very clean when we returned. She also washed the linens. I will definitely book her again

Arianna was wonderful with our two dogs and gave special care to one that had an injury and she administered medication to her. I would hire Arianna again.

Stephanie has watched my dog, Tiger, a handful of times now and she has done a phenomenal job. She follows care instructions to a tee, provides regular updates on how my dog is doing while I'm away with photos and videos, and overall is a respectful guest while in my home. I've really appreciated Stephanie's professionalism and attention to detail with my senior pup's care. She is amazing! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring sitter!

Amara was a fantastic pet sitter for my chihuahua -- right away my dog felt comfortable with her. Amara is responsible, attentive to the needs of my dog and my requests around her care. She sent me photos and videos of Gigi and kept me informed on how she was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.

Amazing care, our dogs are better trained on our return from a long trip, and CJ sends regular pictures and reassuring communication. He always asks if he’s not sure about something. CJ is the best and our dogs love him!

Jeannette was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I returned home to a happy dog and a tidy home, with lots of great pictures sent while I was away.

Echoing the other reviewers. He delivered exactly what he promised - punctuality, attention to details regarding home care and loving care of our dog. We were glad we did a trial run, first with a walk and then with an overnight, before the longer 10-day trip. His calm manner helped my mom feel comfortable leaving her dog for such a long trip. Austin asked good questions and left the house in great shape.

Ollie was in good hands with Silvana! She was prompt in communication, reliable and timely. She took good care of my home as well! Thank you Silvana!
