We had never used Rover before and have a new rescue cat so hoped all would go well while we were gone. We have been very happy with Lacey's care for our cat. She was reliable and kind and interactive with our cat and wrote thorough daily reports . She did a wonderful job and I know why she has so many great reviews from other pet owners who've been fortunate to have her. We hope to have her again.

Emily was excellent! Had no trouble handling my two trouble makers, and even when they had escaped and ran over town, she'd been able to corral them back home without issue. <3

Janice responded to all emails and questions without delay. She was knowledgeable. She played with my dog and he seemed happy with her when we returned. We felt comfortable leaving our dog there.

We have a challenging American Bulldog we adopted a couple years ago. It takes her a while to warm up to people so we needed someone to sit with her that is knowledgeable, with plenty of experience with big dogs. Sara has been excellent. She knows just how to handle her and is understanding and patient. She has been great to work with.

I just needed someone to administer the afternoon dose of medicine to my foster kittens while I was out for the day. She did a great job and sent me pics of the happy kittens.
