From the beginning of the booking to the last visit, Rachel was great! Each rover card provided great detail of the visits, keeping our minds at ease. And she was super accommodating when we wanted to add a last minute visit to the stays. Highly recommend her services and will definitely use her services for future bookings!

Natasha did drop in visits for my 2 skittish cats. She was prompt in replying to my inquiry. She followed the care instructions for the kitties. I will use her services again.

Esmeralda was so wonderful with my cat Sona! Sona has some very specific medication needs, and Esmeralda kindly send me a photo every day so I could feel better that Sona had taken her medicine. She was very neat and left my house in really wonderful condition too - would definitely rebook her for future house sitting!

I trust Ulysses with my fur babies. I can tell they’ve been loved while I’m away. The pictures and videos he sends while caring for my kitties show how much they like him. He even takes my trash can out on garbage day.

John was so kind and attentive with Max everyday during his stay. He was absolutely flexible adapting his apartment for Max big size and all his belongings (litter, scratchers, food containers, carrier, blankets, toys), so Max would have a less stressful stay. John was effectively communicating with us, and always willing to do his best to ensure Max will have a great time and we will know as much as possible about Max’s last updates. We are really thankful with John for taking care of Max, following his food and water routine over the heat wave, for cleaning his eyes and for sending us all the pictures and updates every day, so we will enjoy our short trip knowing Max was safe and happy. Bennett was such an amazing caretaker for our cat, James! Our original petsitter plans fell through last minute, but Bennett was available in short notice. He was extremely responsive and kind, sending us daily photos and updates of our cat. I felt 100% comfortable with leaving our cat in Bennett's care, which is rare for me. I highly recommend choosing Bennett to look after your animals- he does it with care and love! Anastassi was absolutely wonderful with our cat, Bishu, while we were away. She did drop-in visits and kept us updated with pictures and messages, which really helped us feel at ease. She even made time to meet us beforehand, and it was clear right away that she’s both sweet and trustworthy. It’s always a little nerve-racking giving someone access to your home, but Anastassi made us completely comfortable and took great care of Bishu. He even looked excited to see her and played with her during visits.! We’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter.
