Paula is amazing! She is kind, responsible, and great at communicating. Paula is great with cats! She was able to bring my cat out of his shell on the first day of meeting him (and my cat is extremely shy). I was also updated with pictures, which I greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a caretaker for your fur child Paula is your girl!

Bonnie was so thorough and sweet! She took the time to ensure both cars were taken care of, and even charged their water fountain! We will be booking again for sure.

Really glad I chose Crystal for taking care of my neutered cat. Crystal right away made me feel at ease, asking for information about my cat and addressing any concerns for my cat. She provide her background and care for animals. During the boarding, she sent me daily updates about his health, eating, and healing process, along with pics. She was even kind to give me educational guidance on better feeding my cat and how to provide better care for him. I know next time I book with Rover, it will definitely be with Crystal, cause I know my cat will be in good hands. Sometimes I think my cat was hoping to stay there longer.
