Jeff and Beth are the absolute best. This was our first Rover experience and it certainly won’t be the last. They definitely set the bar high! They have an amazing home with a vast backyard for pups to run around and play. Jeff kept us in the loop the entire weekend we were away with little updates and photos for us to enjoy. They treated her like family and you can definitely tell - she slept on a cozy bed in their living room and was so comfortable there she was laying on her back and snoring after a fun filled day running around with the other pups, playing fetch, and going on walks. We wholeheartedly recommend Jeff & Beth and feel so grateful that if we ever need to go out of town for anything, Luna has a place she will be taken care of and treated like family. Thank you!!

Karen was great with our elderly dog, and she tried going back into the house a couple of times during pickup, which never happens. We would love for Karen to take care of Yuki again in the future.

We had a house sitter cancel at the last minute and were so grateful to find Lee. She responded quickly and was very clear. It was our first time using Rover and Lee made the experience a breeze. The girls loved their stay with her and the other small dogs, which was definitely good for them. They are no doubt looking forward to visiting again.

Karen is incredible! She's very reliable, responsible, and spends quality time caring for your pup. She's has been so helpful and understanding while caring for my reactive dog. I would highly recommend her services !!!

Jennifer did such a wonderful job watching my cat Atlas! She was very responsive and provided so many adorable videos and photos of Atlas while I was gone for a weekend :) I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a cat sitter!

This was our first experience hiring a dog sitter for our French Bulldog, Kiko, and given that Frenchies can be a bit more challenging to care for, I was initially quite nervous. However, April exceeded all expectations. She kept us updated daily with photos and videos of Kiko, ensuring we felt connected even while we were away. April also followed all of our instructions to the letter, which gave us peace of mind throughout the trip. Thanks to her professionalism and attention to detail, we were able to fully enjoy our time away without any concerns. We will definitely be reaching out to her again for future dog-sitting needs.

Lulu had the time of her life staying with Robert and Brian. They were very communicative, sending pictures of Lulu enjoying her stay and getting lots of love. They were clearly very attentive to her needs and really enjoyed having her. Lulu will be thrilled when she gets to visit them again!

I was lucky that Barack was able to fit Yoshi into his schedule. I knew right away after talking to Barack that he would be able to take care of Yoshi.Barack sent up dates every day with photos and he washed her before I picked her up.thank you for taking good care of my girl!

We were going on a 3 week trip and were a little worried about Mr. B, who, as he has gotten older, gets a little anxious about changes to his routine. During the meet and greet, we were reassured to by Anthony and Nikita's easygoing and confident attitude with B, the questions they asked about him and his schedule. While we were gone, we got photos and daily updates, we could see Mr. B was settling in. He even played with their very chill dog, Mia (which was unusual for B). Anthony and Nikita provided good and loving care to our dog. The proof was when we came to pick him up: while Mr. B was very happy to see us, he also went back and forth between us and Nikita and Anthony, wagging his tail. He had gotten quite attached to them. We definitely would recommend them as caring, careful caretakers.

Mariola took care of our special needs dog for 3 weeks. I’ve never seen our little Luna sadder to leave a sitter :( Mariola communicated with us regularly and went above and beyond to make sure Luna was comfortable and well taken care of. We’ll definitely be going back!

Lauren and her boyfriend were communicative and attentive to my dog. I appreciated her updates, photos throughout her stay, and a take sweet take home Polaroid memento when I picked her up. :)

Danielle is great!! Peanut has stayed with her for daycare and for weeklong stays and she takes such great care of him. She sends frequent updates, photos and videos so I can see how much fun he is having. And she is extremely caring and conscientious, being careful with his diet (he has a sensitive tummy), making sure he gets plenty of walks and playtime with her pup and others in her care. He absolutely loves going to stay with her. I feel very lucky to have found her!

Sara took great care of our pups and sent many adorable pics and updates. They have very different temperaments and she tuned in to that right away and was able to accommodate both of them beautifully.

Mary was fantastic! She gave us constant updates and really showed how she cared for our dog. Definitely going to have our dog stay with her again!

Chad & fam were great! Chad was very communicative and caring for our pup, Nova. She seemed like she had a great time staying with him and we'll definitely be booking again!

We left our senior dog, Harold, with Kirk for 6 days while on a family trip. Harold is a sweet dog, but has high separation anxiety and we were very worried about leaving him for so long with someone new. But Kirk was great! He sent us pictures and daily updates and was able to ensure that Harold’s medication was properly administered. I felt confident that we had left Harold in patient and caring hands. At drop off, when Harold came back home, the lingered with Kirk instead of running inside the house…so I knew we had made the right decision. We will definitely use Kirk again and highly recommend him.

We highly recommend Chanankarn. This was the first time we had our dog stay away from “family”, and Chanankarn gave us constant updates with text messages and pictures/videos. Our dog has anxiety issues, and Jake took the time to make sure she was comfortable with other dogs, or gave her space if she wanted to be alone. It made our trip more enjoyable knowing our dog was so well cared for. We definitely will come back.

I left my puppy with Eiko for 3 nights and at first I was anxious about leaving him, but Eiko was amazing: she kept me posted with videos and cute pictures throughout the stay and she let me know how my puppy was adjusting. Thank you so much Eiko!

Suzanne was so awesome! It was my first time leaving my pup alone for an extended time and Suzanne took great care of her. She sent me pics and updates everyday, and made me feel comfortable leaving my puppy alone for a bit. Thank you!!!
