House Sitting in Pine Grove

I am so pleased with Barbara D. She exceeded my expectations in watching my two dogs this week. She connected with the dogs right away (and with me), she kept me informed throughout the weekend about how and what they were doing, including with photos. And she washed her sheets and towels ( and washed and folded our laundry too) and remade the bed with the clean sheets . That was way above expectations! What I noticed most with the dogs were their smiling faces. They started out with ears down, a bit anxious and as I received the photos, I saw their eyes sparkle, their ears straight up, smiles on their mugs. With that i knew that she was taking good care of them! I also appreciated her concern about a neighbor's uncontrolled dog. Bottom line, I'll be asking for Barbara D again and my pups and I will all be happy to see her again.

Brittany is the best!! She has stayed with our pup, Emmy, twice now and we have been over the moon with the level of care each time. We feel so much better going out of town since finding Brittany.

Charlene did an amazing job watching my cat while I was out of town for several days. My cat doesn’t always take quickly to new people, but it was clear that she became relaxed around Charlene quickly. I received frequent updates and was confident that my cat was getting both care and engagement from her staying there. And Charlene was clear in her communication so that we were always on the same page. There were a lot of delays the day I was supposed to be heading home and it wasn’t clear that I would make it home the day I was supposed to. Charlene offered to do whatever she could to check in on my cat and make sure she was looked after still if I didn’t end up making it home. It’s clear her care and concern for animals, even shy kitties. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

I recommend Angie. It was an absolute pleasure coordinating with her. Appreciated that she was so open, kind, fun and was able to accommodate our needs even with short notice. She really had our backs by extending her stay 1 more night when our flight got canceled. Our pets and home was well cared for. The dogs seem relaxed and mellow when we returned as they’d felt safe and loved with Angi. And, luckily for us she was completely comfortable with our chickens, ducks, demanding cat, fish, plants and mealworm farm! Definitely will contact Angi again.

Kevin was truly wonderful! Such a sincere, kind hearted, responsible, and caring individual. He went above and beyond while he house/pet sat for us. We were away for 8 days and he made it a point to check in, send pics, and keep us updated the whole time. He took great care of our home, pets, garden, etc. We came home to a clean house with sheets and towels washed, as well as a sweet note filling us in on the happenings while we were away. Kevin was a great communicator and always quick to respond and check in. We set up a couple of play dates and even had him over for dinner prior to his stay, which he was more than willing to do! We felt it was a good way to get to know one another and to establish him into our "pack" at home. Kevin is a delight to talk to and we are so thankful to have someone like him that we trust to watch over our home and our fur kids! Thanks Kevin! We'll be seeing you again in the future! :) :)

I am so glad we found Secret! Our dog Penny is not used to strangers and so I was shocked at how quickly she warmed up to Secret! Penny jumped right up on the couch and started to snuggle right away. Secret just has the touch. While we were away Secret texted us with updates. Included some cute pics of them together. The house was in perfect condition when we returned. She even offered to take us to the airport. She's a real sweetheart! I will be reaching out to her again for sure.
