Dog Boarding in Pinole

Booked last minute before a vacation when our original plan fell through. I was nervous at first because this was the first time our dog has stayed with anyone who wasn’t family, but Margarita sent frequent updates and pictures. Our dog seemed happy and content staying with Margarita and I would definitely feel comfortable booking with her again. 😊

Jeanette and her family are amazing. At first I was nervous about using Rover, but then after communicating and sensing Jeanette’s energy, I felt like our dog Diamond would be taken care of, and she sure was! Truly 5 stars!

Nadine was the BEST, super friendly, accommodating, and Felicia was very happy with her. Loved getting photo and text updates. Would love to book again.

Benji had stay with Kiarash for 2 nights! And I could tell that he had a great time while staying there. Kiarash is so sweet to Benji, he’s great with communicate, pictures and videos. Couldn’t ask for more but to say that Benji and I appreciated his help and kindness! Also thanks to Sky&Lucy for being a great hosts to Benji! 🐶🥰

Allora and her husband Oliver are so sweet and understanding of anxious dogs. My dog Laila is reactive to dogs and can be afraid of men, but glad to hear that she's enjoying her time with their dog Boba and snuggling with Oliver. Allora sent lots of updates throughout the 2-day trial which I truly appreciate. I'm confident that her long stay with them will be successful!

Jenifer really made me and my partner feel at ease when we had her look over Kuma for 3 days. She took the time to provide updates on Kuma throughout the day and sent us pictures/videos. She has a spacious backyard and dog-friendly home. She double checked with us Kuma’s schedule so that she can maintain the same routine. We really appreciate her experience with dogs and making Kuma feel comfortable away from us! <3 Thank you Jenifer!

Ashish and his family were fantastic hosts for our cheagle, Buddy. He clearly enjoyed his tiime in their home and Ashish shared lots of wonderful photos and videos to keep us in the loop.

We relied on Juli again this year for our vacation . . . and our dog's vacation in her lovely home. We did not check in with her as much this year because we have come to trust her so much, although she was always available to give us feedback if we reached out to her. Thank you Juli!

We left our dog Tara with Shashi for a 5 day stay! Shashi kept us posted and sent photos regularly which really helped me feel comfortable while we were on our trip. Tara had an absolutely wonderful time with Shashi and I’ll definitely be choosing her the next time we have to leave Tara behind!

Deborah is awesome! She took really good care of my cat Sammy. She sent updates with pictures twice a day. I felt connected to my cat even while away. She was so kind enough to help me put my cat into her crate as I was having trouble with it. She even replaced Sammy’s misplaced toy which she didn’t have to do! I will definitely hire Deborah again and highly recommend her for those looking for someone to take care of their cat.

Ali is an incredible host. She’s kind, responsive and made us feel totally at ease. Can’t recommend her enough - and our pup can’t wait to go back either!

Could not be happier! We are aware that we are helicopter puppy parents with our Rottie and we could not have been more satisfied that we followed our instincts and went with Sophie! It was worth the distance (from Oakland) to know that he's safe and well taken care of during his first time separating from us for more than a day. Sophie was communicative, and most definitely gave him the love and attention he's accustomed to. Her yard is ample, clean and felt like a safe space. From the pics it appeared the same in her home. She sent updates and feedback with pics daily. When we picked him up it was obvious he wanted her to come with us ? Bonus - he was pooped! Everybody knows a tired pup is a good pup! Zoe did a great job caring for our AussieDoodle who has separation anxiety. It was our first time boarding her, and we were not sure how our dog would respond. Zoe reassured us with her responsible manner and multiple daily photos/videos. She took Penny on lots of leashed walks and was also able to administer medication as needed. Her home is well situated for fearful dogs - she lives in a quiet gated community and takes only one dog at a time. We highly recommend Zoe!

Sabrina and her family are great. Our dog is always excited to go there!

Jacqueline was our only go to sitter before the pandemic when we needed one. Our Loki got used to hanging with his cousin dog friends at a family’s house for years. As the whole family had an event to go to, we needed someone to watch Loki for a couple days and Jacqueline was the first person that came to mind. We trust that she will take care of him and treat him like her own fur baby. We were not worried at all, she respected our time while also sending pictures if we asked. She’s so kind and a great person to watch anyone’s pet.

Qimei was super responsive via text and sent videos of their walks (2-3 per day). She was also very understanding when my flight got delayed and I had to extend the time. Thank you for a great experience!
