House Sitting in Pinole

Sofia H. was able to stay in my home to pet-sit my kitty who has required some extra care in recent months due to some age-related weight loss. Sofia suggested a Meet & Greet which was helpful and reassuring. Kitty Rica approached her right away, so I could tell she is a kind, cat-person. Sofia was very reliable and communicative which was also very reassuring. This was Fuliang’s second time watching Hampton, and once again he did an amazing job! He’s dependable, punctual communicative, and clearly cares about Hampton’s comfort. Rachelle did a great job taking care of my two cats over the weekend!

Rachel was wonderful! She quickly learned each kitty's unique personality and made sure they felt comfortable and cared for. For example, she took extra time with our shy cat, helping them warm up to her. Rachel regularly sent stories and photos, which reassured us and kept us connected while we were away. She even took the initiative to set up new kitty water bowl items we had ordered, making the environment more enjoyable for our pets. Thanks to her attentiveness and proactive approach, we felt completely at ease. I highly recommend Rachel and will definitely reach out to her again.

This was our first time having an in-home sitter for our dog and birds, thank goodness we connected with Fiona, and our experience was great! Fiona visited a couple of time before the sitting and really listened to our pet's needs. Fiona's daily updates with pics made me happy; they were heartwarming and full of energy. She cared for my 60lb lab/aussie mix when she had gotten a splinter, and I know that could not have been easy (thank you Fiona). She also went out of her way to make friends with my cockatiel which I appreciated so much as I didn't want her to get lonely while I was gone. The house looked just as it did when we left. I would definitely recommend Fiona for pet care needs.

Mason provided daily photos of our dogs and upon our return they seemed as calm as we could expect for not having had their humans around for a few days. Leading up to the trip Mason was very eager and open to learning as much about our dogs and their individual needs as he could. Our house was obviously well cared for in our absence.
