Dog Boarding in Pinon Hills

First of all, the room was 10 of 10 stars, very organized and clean. My baby had his own yard and was very safe environment. He was never alone because the other dogs are super friendly. Joanna was 100% on communication,friendliness, and accommodating above and beyond. I never worried during my whole trip, she gave me confidence that my baby had just found home. My baby is indoor so he appreciated the exposure to the outdoor without the risks. I will forever be thankful to Rover for allowing Joanna be such a wonderful host. 100% Happy. No complaints, no worries.

Emily was awesome. We had a little issue with our dog and she was so great about updates as soon as we were able to get home. So helpful in the whole situation. Would go back to her time and time again.

My dog absolutely loves Diana and her house. There are tons of toys and interesting smells. We have boarded her here twice now and both times it seemed like she didn’t want to leave.

Henry was a first timer here and I think he absolutely loved it! He was well taken care of and even met some new friends! Thank you for taking care of Henry while we were away and sending updates and photos!

My daughter and I want to thank Ana and her mom for being so nice and supportive and caring towards our big boy Mamba. We didn’t want him alone on Christmas Eve but we couldn’t take him with us where we were going. He had fun and was a great boy. I will always recommend Ana to any of my friends and family in the area.

As usual Huina was amazing, she communicated so well the entire time with us. And sent so many pictures and videos of our fur baby Louie. Couldn’t recommend her more!!

Phyllis was an amazing sitter for our pup. Exceeded our expectations. Prince had an awesome time staying with her. She had great communication and updated photos and videos during his stay.

Shelby & Scott family took care of our babies for 2 weeks while we were out of town. Even though we were far for so long, it felt so stress-free because we knew our dogs were being loved and cared for really well. We didn’t even have to wonder how they were doing as we got constant updates and pictures of them. They’re amazing!

Alicia was very friendly and asked specific questions about the care of my babies. She provided picture and video updates which was awesome. When picking up, she was so flexible with my time movement. I could tell my dogs were well taken care of because they weren’t rushing to get out the door when we picked them up. Lol. Thank you for everything Alicia!!

Great and fast communication, easy to work with, thanks for your flexibility with pickup time on a holiday. The dogs had fun playing and came home tired.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Dennis! This was Fozzybear's 2nd time staying with Dennis. 1st visit was a few hours as a daycare visit so they could get to know each other. It went great so we proceeded with leaving our little buddy with Dennis for 4 nights. Dennis was attentive, gave daily updates with photos and videos showing all the fun and love Fozzybear was getting. In addition to Dennis's dachshund there were a couple days where Fozzybear got to interact and play with other Rover dogs of the same size and play level. He's pretty social and loves to play so it was nice to know he had friends to keep him company. It's so great to have a reliable, caring pet sitter nearby. We will definitely use him again.

Lesly is a great dog sitter! She gave us photo updates during our trip away, communicating with her was a breeze, and she said our dog was easy to care for (even though he has some minor behavioral issues). I highly recommend her.

Ariana and Alexander were wonderful with our golden retriever, Daisy! They had her for two weeks and sent pics and videos every day. Daisy had tons of fun and was happy and healthy when we picked her up. We will definitely use Ariana and Alexander again!

My pup is a longtime client of Liliana’s, and he is so in love with her and her family. I couldn’t be happier with our experience with her. She always does her best to provide the best possible care for my boy and to keep us consistently updated on his time there. She even recently got my boy to enjoy walks again. He is a very anxious dog who didn't have a great early life before I adopted him, but despite that, Liliana has made him feel comfortable enough to go on walks with her. I could go on forever about all the great things she has done, but know that your pup will be in wonderful care with her. Please book her if you are considering it!

Angel accepted a last minute holiday booking for us, since we unexpectedly ended up fostering a puppy after making travel plans. We got plenty of photos and updates, our pup had such a good time she cried when she left! Appreciated the help and felt like Angel handled her well. Thank you!!

Leng and her family have been very supportive since this is my first time boarding Baloo. She sends me updates and pictures on how he is doing. Baloo is able to go outside and play and he is also allowed to be outside his crate to play with Laly and Leng's son. Leng is also a very good communicator and I can tell she and her family took care of Baloo very well because he was playing and having fun in the videos and pictures they have sent. I will definitely recommend her and will book her again.
