Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Pleasant Hill

This was my first experience using a pet care service. I was impressed with the company and especially Joseph. I really appreciated getting pictures from his visits. Also appreciated his flexibility when we had to change a few dates.

Elizabeth is AMAZING!! She goes above and beyond to make sure the pups are well cared for! She’s our new go to person whenever we need someone to watch the pups or drop in for a potty break!

Megan is great with our dog. We are repeat customers and always love the updates we get from her while we’re away. We always feel safe and happy when Megan is watching our home and pet.

Alex was attentive and took the best care of our precious Jaffa.

I had never used Rover.com and really had only barely heard of it. I was traveling for Thanksgiving to see my daughter who has been ill and suddenly my beloved cat, who I rescued as a 3 oz kitten and who, tho basically wild, has slept on my pillow for 13 years and even suckles on my arm but will slash anyone else who comes near her, started ailing very quickly. Within two weeks she went from a robust creature who ruled her domain: the roof, trees, and hills around our house, to a frail, sickly old-seeming cat. She was too frail for the vet to even drawn blood and decipher what was going on. I couldn't cancel my trip and was desperate. Sight unseen, I reached out to Rover, heard from Jenyses, and hired her. We have never met. The entire week I was away Jenesys sent photos of Cricket every day. She even read out loud to her one afternoon. We returned last night and Cricket looks very happy and no worse than she was when I left. No trace of anxiety. Jenesys was also well versed in the giving of meds if Cricket had needed them (Jenesys and I decided it would be best to let her rest). It was an amazing comfort for me to have her experience. I felt quite alone in these decisions (even the vet wasn't as helpful as I would have liked), and having someone I trusted weigh in eased my mind beyond words.

Kamila was the best!!!! So appreciative of her and how sweet she was with our puppy.

My plans suddenly changed and Halona came in on short notice and did a great job! Balto seemed to really like her and she took some great pictures :) will definitely be contacting Halona to sit for Balto again!

Samaria watched my husky and cat for 5 days, she was very professional, followed all my directions and my pets loved her. I highly recommend her to take care of your fur babies.

Ian is awesome, my cats love him, which is rare!

Wonderful sitter that always has provided prompt and detailed updates about the check-ins with my cat as they happen. Returned to a home that was clean and a happy and healthy kitty.

Jennifer was great, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of our cat Maui!

Tatiana provided great care again for our senior cat. She gave him loving care, played with him, and provided pictures and videos of him. She is dependable and responsible. I will continue to use her services to watch Chester for us.
