Joseph was great! My first time leaving my cat and using an external sitter, and he was amazing start to finish. Made me feel so comfortable with leaving my senior cat for a few days. Knowing he was being fed properly and checked on made me so at ease. Joseph was thorough and communicative, so greatly appreciated!!

Ian was great. My shy cat who is scared of strangers was underfoot the first day!

My plans suddenly changed and Halona came in on short notice and did a great job! Balto seemed to really like her and she took some great pictures :) will definitely be contacting Halona to sit for Balto again!

Elizabeth was fantastic! I needed a last minute weekend visit for my old man cat, and she was amazing. Followed the care needs, but more importantly left really amazing detailed notes from the visits and great photos. I felt so relieved with her visits, and I could tell my cat loved her as well.

Megan gave us lots of updates and our dog had a great time with her. We had peace of mind that he was well cared for during our trip. Very positive experience!

Sierra & Karma were wonderful with our kitties! When we arrived home, the kitties had plenty of food and water and clean litter boxes. They sent us lots of photos during our trip, and were kind enough to bring in any packages that arrived while we were gone. Great communication and would definitely book again!

Sumaira is prompt and responsive. I cannot say enough good things about how well she takes care of my fur babies and follows my requests for care. When Sumaira first started taking care of my cat, the cat would hide and not come out. Now my kitty is always front and center in the photos Sumaira sends, as she has brought my kitty out of her shell. My Husky loves Sumaira and whenever I go on a business trip both animals know Sumaira will be there to take care of them, so I always return to happy and healthy fur babies.

First and foremost we are new dog owners and nervous ones at that! Upon meeting Frances for the first time we instantly felt calm, confident, and safe. We knew Olive would feel the same. Olive definitely has her share of reactivity and spoiled behavior at that - Frances has been incredibly attentive and responsive to our little Olive’s needs. She’s kept us updated and Olive absolutely appreciates her. We feel so grateful to have found someone we can trust wholeheartedly - we scored a gem! Thank you Frances!!

Senia has been great doing drop ins and taking care of our two 4 month old Labs and 16 year old Dachshund. She is super reliable and our dogs love her.

Asuka took amazing care of our cat while we were on vacation. Great communication, daily updates, and our cat was happy and relaxed when we got home. She was always on top of things like checking our mail and watering our plants. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!
