Dog Boarding in Pomona

I am hesitant to leave my dog in the care of strangers due to previous experiences. However, they provided the best care for my dog when I went on a 2 week trip. Daily updates and lots of doggy play time with other doggos that were also in their care. They even took the time to train Lani a bit (she’s reactive and easily over stimulated/excited) which I truly appreciated. They are aware and knowledgeable of dog behaviors. I will gladly bring Lani back for future sitting.

Elisa was so very kind and attentive to my dog, Kita. She keep me updated daily with pictures and messages. She even gave her a good brushing which all German Shepherds need. I will use her services again when the need arises. I highly recommend her.

Jessica and her family were absolutely amazing! I was very worried because my Chloë is very difficult. She does not warm up to people or other animals. Jessica was SO unbelievably patient and gentle with Chloe. This was my first time using Rover and it was better than expected. She sent us pictures every day throughout the day. Caihua was amazing sitter for our puppy, she consistently send me videos and updates on how the dog was doing. Enjoyed all the communication and my dog loved. The big backyard will definitely rebook in near future.

Really appreciate Deefa for taking such great care of Padpad. He had a blast playing in the garden and spending time with his buddy Momo. Deefa was so loving and kept us updated every day with photos and videos. Padpad came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Truly feels like a warm second home. Will definitely be back!

We left our beagle for an extended stay. Lesly did an excellent job - great communication, lots of photos, and our dog was much less stressed than usual after a long absence. Thanks Lesly!

Lauren did a wonderful job taking care of my dog. She was really nice and sent me daily updates complete with photos of him lounging, playing in the yard and going for walks. She also gave him a bath and administered eye drops that he needed. When I came back to pick my dog up, he seemed really healthy and happy. I will definitely entrust my dog to Lauren any time I fly out of Ontario in the future.

There is no way I can put into a small review how absolutely blessed we are to have found Steven & Roxie. We needed a sitter for an 8-nighter, and I was getting anxiety over possibly not finding the right home. After our Meet & Greet, our big baby, Lily, did a few day visits and overnights with them before our longer week away. But that was our preference, because honestly, after just one visit, I KNEW my baby would be in the right care. While away, I got daily updates and pictures and I never felt uneasy about my decision. Not once! We’re already planning on booking more day-visits to keep the love going. Lily loved having doggie buddies. She truly seemed bummed coming home! Steven & Roxie - I love them so much, I honestly want to keep them for myself! But it’s not fair to hide them from those that love their fur children and want the absolute best for them. If you’re considering, plan ahead! You won’t regret it!

May is wonderful!! We love her! My fur baby was very shy & nervous since this was her 1st time. May was so kind, compassionate & caring!!! She was so attentive & patient, with her. Her communication was awesome with pics & videos.. which eased my mind, because I was anxious too! Thank you so much May! Looking forward to many more visits! :)

Suzhen is amazing!. I constantly received updates about my two dogs along with many pictures and videos. Any requests or questions I had she answered them quickly. I highly recommend Suzhen, she is great!

Shelby & Scott family took care of our babies for 2 weeks while we were out of town. Even though we were far for so long, it felt so stress-free because we knew our dogs were being loved and cared for really well. We didn’t even have to wonder how they were doing as we got constant updates and pictures of them. They’re amazing!

Percy was great with our homesick boy! It was our first long weekend away with Bear at a sitter’s home and it went great. Percy was very super sweet and easy to connect with. No doubt we’ll be returning customers when the need arises.

Rhonda was very accommodating of our last minute plans on a holiday weekend! She was extremely communicative and gave June great care! We appreciate her help caring for our pup!

Ana was great, very easy to deal with and very willing to give us updates on our pet. Our dog loved his time with Ana and we would recommend her to anyone.

Amirah is the best!!! She is so so sweet and has a very up beat personality! Both my kitty and dog absolutely loved her! I tend to get pretty anxious leaving my babies, but Amirah kept me updated and sent me several videos and photos throughout the visit. Thank you so much Amirah!! I’ll definitely use you again in the future!

Mira was awesome with Paco! He seemed to really enjoy being with her, getting snuggles and treats. We will definitely use her again!

During the sitting, Joyce kept me updated with regular texts and pictures, which really put my mind at ease. My dog looked happy and well-cared for, and it was clear that they were enjoying their time together. When I got home, my dog was relaxed, and the house was in great shape. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. I highly recommend Joyce and will definitely reach out for future dog-sitting needs!

yilin was great at watching ozzy! she even took ozzy and her dog, yellow, to the dog park together! she sent me photos every other day and reassured me ozzy was okay. I was worried at first because my dog pulls when hes on the leash due to being overly excited but she handled it and was comfortable enough to take him to the dog park, where he loved it. thank you yilin!
