Dog Boarding in Port Costa

Ashish and his family were fantastic hosts for our cheagle, Buddy. He clearly enjoyed his tiime in their home and Ashish shared lots of wonderful photos and videos to keep us in the loop.

Julie and Adam were absolutely amazing with my dog, Kato! They kept me updated and sent pictures that showed what a great time he was having with them! He came home and went right to sleep which confirms how active they kept him and how much fun he had. I highly recommend Julie and Adam, and hope they will be available to care for him again in the future!

Peter was amazing with our 2 year old pup, who was not as savvy with dog boarding, Peter made him absolutely comfortable and he came back with happy tails! He put us and our pup at ease form meet and greet, flexible drop off pick up and regular updates! I defn recommend Peter to anyone looking for a lovely family to care for your pup !

Kristen was a wonderful caretaker. She took great care of Paco and it was clear he was very happy and comfortable when we returned. We felt confident knowing he was in good hands, and we would not hesitate using Kristen again. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my dog Ducati was viciously attacked by two unleashed dogs on her very first day with Allison, leaving her with multiple bite wounds over her whole body and head. Despite this terrifying situation, Allison trued her best to fend off and protect Ducati, and immediately took her to the vet for urgent care. She continued caring for Ducati for the remainder of the 7‑day booking while I was out of the country, kept me updated as she was able, and is still helping with follow‑up appointments for her wound treatments. I am very grateful for Allison’s compassion, responsibility, and willingness to go the extra mile to support Ducati’s healing and to ease my stress during a really traumatic experience.

Absolutely loved Kai’s stay with Yuko! I had 4 trips over 3 months and was feeling guilty and worried about leaving Kai again for 6 days. We did a meet and greet and right away I felt comfortable that Kai would be well cared for. Yuko was flexible, so caring, and communicative - I received videos and updates about Kai’s state and whether she was eating well. I was so comforted knowing Kai was with loving dog sitters and had doggie friends to play with. Highly recommend!

Margarita and her husband were great, pickup and drop off was simple and you can tell they care about all their pups. 🙂 my kiddo seemed to have a lot of fun playing with the other dogs

Jeanette and her family took very good care of Arrow! She communicated on a regular basis letting us know how he was faring without us. She is very professional and treated Arrow with care.

We highly recommend Darren as it was a great place for our dog and will likely use him again in the future.

Allen's dog care is fantastic. He has everything set up to entertain and keep dogs happy, from toys to a separate drop-off and pick-up areas that lower stress immediately. I only wish I lived closer so I could bring Rey to him more often!

Robert and Brian are the ULTIMATE pet caretakers! Proactively communicating with the most beautiful photos of our GSD mix Pedro! So impressed with these two. For sure top notch Rover members. I can't recommend them highly enough! Really special duo!

Karen was the best and her family was great. My dogs were happy campers. I hope Karen stays on Rover so I can use her n her family for babysitting repeatedly! Thumbs up all the way!

Barsha was super timely w pickup and drop off, send lots of photos and updates, was excellent at comms before and during his stay. Charlie seemed rly happy and content when he got back home. Would def book again.

Ollie loves his time with Sally and furry friends and looks forward to his parents taking their next vacation so he can go on vacation too at Sally's!

I’ve sent my Max to two different kennels and he always comes back so sad, to the point that he doesn’t respond to us petting him. I wanted to try something more personable so I tried Rover. Maria was great and sent me photos and updates of Max during his stay. She noticed he wasn’t eating and made him special food for him with my permission of course. He came back so happy this time! He literally was smiling and happy to see us. One of her neighbors stopped my husband on the way out to tell him how much all the other neighbors liked Max. I’m sure they met him several times during his walks with Maria. I would highly recommend her!

Coco’s second stay with Kiarash went well. Kiarash kept me updated with videos and photos while being very patient with Coco who seemed to be sad being away from home. Coco came home tired and hungry which is a good sign since he has such high energy and is a picky eater. Thank you, Kiarash! Can’t wait for Coco’s next stay.
