Katelynn has been extremely professional to work with. She arrives on time, is prepared with treats and leashes if needed and doesn’t cut the walk short like some do. She has been flexible and willing to take last minute adjustments. Was so impressed that she will also be pet sitting for us. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a new care provider.

Adam is the best. I literally made the request for a walk at 630 am, and Adam responded in minutes saying he could do it, for that same day!! Adam is always exactly on time and I actually forgot to leave him a key and he was patient enough to contact me to try and figure out how to get a key. Adam is definitely my go-to, always. My dogs love him!! He is absolutely top notch in every way. Thank you Adam!!

My pup Flora and I are so lucky to have found Maikala! I set out to find a trustworthy and reliable dogwalker who can keep up with a husky puppy, and Maikala is above and beyond what I hoped for! Scheduling with her has been a breeze from the beginning and Maikala has been super communicative at all times. After every hour-long walk with Maikala my 9-month old husky puppy has been calm and happy—I really do notice a difference in her energy and mood. (Also, it’s great to have the option to upgrade walks to one hour for $10 more.) I’ve found it unexpectedly easy to use the app, and like that Maikala sends me photos after the walks. I have so much peace of mind knowing that my dog feels bonded and at ease with her caretaker! I highly recommend booking with Maikala if she is available.

She was nice, friendly and helpful. She gave my dog a good walk and tired her out just like I wanted. My dog is happy and taking a nap. And I'm very happy! I will use Merlette again.

Excellent care and attention! They did a fantastic job walking and checking in on our German Shepherd and Husky both breeds that aren’t always easy to handle. Reliable, communicative, and clearly experienced with dogs. We felt completely at ease knowing our pups were in good hands.

Gerald made friends with Rosie right away. At the same time, when he walked her, he maintained discipline so that he continued my practice of training her to sit on command. She gets very excited and it’s good for her to sit and calm down. I appreciated his ability to care for her in this way. She got lots of exercise and looked forward to her walks.

Jenna did AMAZING with my gentle giant, Ace. I knew from the moment she walked through my door that I could trust her with Ace. She was extremely professional and took some of the best pictures I have seen of my guy. I only used her for his morning walks while I was out of town for a couple of days. Great communication during the walks. Kept in touch. I will absolutely mention her to any of my friends looking for some Rover assistance with their pups and will for sure have her help me with Ace again in the future.
