From the beginning of the booking to the last visit, Rachel was great! Each rover card provided great detail of the visits, keeping our minds at ease. Genesis was great from the start kind, reliable, and easy to communicate with. My cat is usually very shy and keeps to himself with new people, so I was honestly surprised (in the best way) when he came out and greeted her right away and seemed completely comfortable. That really stood out to me. She was responsible, dependable, and communicative throughout, and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely book Genesis again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.

Brittney was fantastic! The two casts we have were relaxed and happy when we got home. Brittany sent many pictures and really enjoys spending time with cats as she regaled me stories of their fun weekend together. Brittany also left the house spotless.
