Doggy Day Care in Prunedale

Super lovely! We’re visiting from out of state and had to do a last minute day care reservation. Marta was super fast at responding! She sent many pictures and updates on our boy! 100% would recommend and rebook if we’re back in town!

It was my very first time having a dog sitter for my Draco and I didn’t thought it was going to be this easy. Gabriel and Delia kept me informed on how my Draco was doing. They made me feel at ease and not worried about Draco. Will definitely booked them again.

Cleaned dog dishes and followed directions on feedings. My dog isn’t good with strangers but was happy with Maria will use her again.

Mike and his wife are absolutely wonderful people. They greeted us in their front yard for such a warm welcome. Lupin loved her day at their place. If we’re ever back in Salinas we will definitely use again.

Citlali was perfect! I needed someone to watch my pup on short notice and she was so quick and responsive. Billie enjoyed hanging out with her new friend.

I hired Keren S. to look after my new dog, a mini Dachshund that I had purchased 10 weeks ago, so that I could participate in our annual family reunion at a nearby resort that does not allow pets on the property. I could not leave him with any family members, because they were all staying at the resort. I used Rover.com to find in-home pet sitters/boarders in the area, found several, but Keren's posting caught my eye because she used the term "Concierge" to describe her services, and that is exactly what I wanted, because I wanted to spend substantial time with my new 1-year-old dog every day, but I also wanted to spend substantial time at the resort with my family. Keren was absolutely wonderful! She requested that I bring my dog to her house and spend an hour with her, during which she showed me her home's floor level and back yard arrangements for dog care, introduced each of her 3 dogs and the 2 dogs she was currently providing day care for, and we had an enjoyable and (for me) educational discussion and Q&A about dogs and dog care in general. I felt very comfortable as I left her home: my dog had already made friends with her two smallest dogs. Keren was flexible and very understanding when I had to change my drop-off and pick-up times repeatedly over the next few days, due to changes in planned times for family events that I wanted to attend. I have been satisfied with other dog sitters in the past, but Keren has "raised the bar" for me. Not only did she enable ME to enjoy my vacation, she made it an enjoyable vacation for MY DOG, too! He had three days of playing with his new dog friends, and I know he greatly enjoyed -- and benefitted from! -- that experience! When we picked him up and returned home, it seemed like he had matured by 6 months in those three days. Two Thumbs Up for Keren S! Check her out!

This was our first dog sitting experience and admittedly, I was quite nervous about leaving Phineas with someone we did not know. Stacy did great to put our mind at ease by being an excellent communicator from the first contact on. She also offered to come and pick up and drop off Phineas even though we were supposed to drop him off at her place, an act we appreciated and welcomed given the busy schedule of the day ahead. We have received pictures and updates throughout the day, easing our mind that the little guy was doing well and having fun. Finally, the one definition that seems to lack in Rover is how long a "day" is when a single day dog sitting service is needed. Well, in our case, we were leaving 7 in the morning and coming back at 10 at night, which is a long time to hold on to somebody else's dog for twenty something dollars. Stacy gladly excepted the responsibility without further compensation but that didn't stop me from expressing my appreciation by compensating her with a $20 tip.
