Rosalinda was great and communicative! There was a mistake on my end in which my text with instructions didn't get sent (I had intermittent service at a work event), and Rosalinda still figured out how to follow through for Penny without being able to reach me. I really appreciate that she made it work and it showed me that Penny was in the good hands of someone who cares.

Yumi & Cody took excellent care of my cat over several drop-in visits while I was out of town for the holidays two years in a row now. They went above and beyond with great photos, play, and excellent communication. Would recommend very highly!
