Dog Boarding in Rancho Santa Margarita

This was our dog’s second stay with Muskaan and her family, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that they provided. Muskaan only boards one dog at a time and that allows her and her family to really bond with each pet. Our Goldendoodle, Archie, gets REALLY excited when he goes to visit them. Muskaan gave regular photo and video updates, promptly returned our texts, and was understanding about any tardiness on our part due to travel delays. Would definitely recommend.

Sandra had excellent communication throughout the stay and my pup felt totally at home. I would definitely use Sandra again.

Chloe is the perfect sitter for my Sudu! Very involved and gives plenty of updates each day. Thank you, Chloe!

Daisy May loves staying with Michelle and her family. Their dog Winnie is a perfect playmate for Daisy. They are best of friends now. Daisy also gets a lot of hugs from Michelle and Jacob's daughters. They are sooo sweet. Daisy got plenty of exercise with walks and playtime with Winnie. Daisy is a doggy door user to do her business so it was nice she had that option vs. doing it on her walks. I am very happy to have found Michelle! We travel a lot so it's it's nice to know Daisy will be well taken care of when we are gone.

What an amazing experience! Xiao is a superb caregiver for cats. She treats your cat as if it were her own! She sends videos and updates so you can see how relaxed & stress free the boarding experience is for your pet. If you need this service, Xiao is the BEST!!!

Liz was so great with Erin!! Our senior pup is very anxious and Liz and her husband were so patient with her! We had scheduled a meet and great prior to Erin’s stay and they let her roam around and get a feel for their home. Liz also sent updated throughout the stay. I would absolutely recommend Liz to anyone!

Wen and her Husband are My Hero’s! I am truly grateful to have found them! Not only did they take excellent care of my Henry, they were quick to respond and keep me informed with how Henry was doing. The initial contact I had with them, they knew there was a sense of urgency. I was running late for a work meeting at a place that would have been entirely inappropriate for Henry to attend. They quick to respond In letting me know that they were on their way… Wen and her Husband are amazing people… they went above and beyond with what could ever be expected. I am truly grateful to have met them. They are reliable, responsible, loving, and caring, and I know that Henry was in good hands. When I arrived to pick him up the following day, Henry looked at me and then he turned and started walking the opposite way back towards their home. After taking a few steps he then quickly turned and jumped up to me waging his tail letting me know that I was missed. I will definitely be contacting Wen and her husband in the near future, even if it’s just for an hour visit at a nearby park. I think it’s good for Henry to have others and not just me that make him feel safe. Once again, Thank You Wen and Wens Husband Sincerely Kimberly and Henry 🥰 🐶 (I adopted Henry about six months ago. Henry is almost 2 years old. He is an 80 pound pitbull and he is deaf.)

Andrea and Ben are the best. They took great care of our dog and kept us informed throughout her week long stay. Our dog was very happy there. We highly recommend them!

Thuy and her family have taken such wonderful care of my rescue pup Sadie. She runs out of the car right up to the front door, wagging her tail and excited to go in! They go on multiple walks, have a big backyard to play in, get homemade treats, and lots of love and caring. Some of the best pictures I have of Sadie were taken by Thuy. Great communication and I know my pup is in good hands and is so happy when I pick her up! I highly recommend this family. They will take care of your dog like it was their own. Best home away from home for Sadie!!

Mirna is a sweet heart that really took care of my dog. She’s a very responsible person and always sent me lots of pictures and updates. Even though I’m very attached to my dog I wasn’t worry at all because I knew my dog is in good hands. I’m very happy with her and I will 100% ask her to take care of my dog again.

Xiaochang was amazing from the beginning. She accepted him at very last minute and was a lifesaver to us in that moment. She was so good and patient with our dog. She took great care of him and sent pictures, videos, and updates on how he was doing during his two day stay. She is highly recommended.

We were glad that we found Katie for taking care of our puppy while we’re out of town for a week. Our puppy had a bad diarrhea and we are thankful that she was in right hands especially when we’re out of town for a week. Katie took care of Arya very well, fed her a bland diet until she got better and would provide us daily updates on her health. We would definitely consider Katie to take care of Arya anytime ?

Mark was great with our two small dogs! He always responded promptly, took the dogs for many walks during their stay, and our dogs seemed tired and happy when we picked them up. Overall great experience!

Highly recommend! Amy was great to work with - she was able to accommodate a somewhat last minute request and I can tell my dog was happy being there. She made friends with Amy's dog Henry and it makes it a lot easier to go away knowing she's comfortable and has a playmate when I'm gone.

Stephanie was a heaven sent sitter! We came into town from out of state and she was so accommodating! She kept us updated constantly to ensure us our pups were doing well and sent the cutest photos and videos! I would recommend Stephanie and would 1000% use her again whenever we’re in town!
