Janel is amazing! I have been using Rover for years for my special needs dachshund, I have had some really great sitters, but Janel outshines them all - by far!! My dachshund has IVDD which has caused her to be unable to urinate on her own. Janel didn't hesitate to agree to learn how to express the bladder. She has been so compassionate, dedicated to learning, and has mastered it within no time! My dog has a bark that she does just for people she truly loves, very rarely doing it for anyone outside her family, but she stated doing it with Janel within days of meeting her. My dogs are happy and comfortable with Janel. She does an outstanding job with them and is eager to learn how to do the tasks for my dogs so they will be comfortable when they are in her care. I highly recommend Jane, she is incrediblel. I am so happy to have found someone so skilled and special to take care of my dogs and cats!

Gillian is a wonderful sitter! I chose her based on her profile reviews and bio and I could not be happier with having her watch my little cat fur baby. Gillian is sweet, thoughtful, and professional. She offered to have a meet and greet prior to sitting and during the visit made sure she had all the information she needed from me. My little boy is a super shy and anxious so when I saw how well he responded to Gillian during the meet and greet and throughout the days I was away, I was blown away! She made him feel so comfortable and was respectful of his boundaries. He’s a tough one to win over but she knew how to approach him. Gillian was also excellent in sending multiple pictures, updates on his behavior, and any additional information during each of her visits. She was also on time and did everything great. I highly recommend booking with Gillian! I will most definitely be using her services again!

Natalie was amazing and provided drop-in visits for our cat while we were out of town a few days. I was happy that our timid kitty warmed up to her from the first visit. Natalie did a great job keeping me updated and providing detailed notes and pictures from her visits. I highly recommend Natalie and we definitely will book with her in the future.

Alexis did an amazing job watching our 3 dogs. One of our dogs needs to take medication and she was so helpful in getting our dog medication while watching them. Would love to have her watch our dogs again.
