Xiyuan clearly cares about animals deeply. Xiyuan came to learn about best practices of care for my precious senior kitty. Xiyuan took very good notes and asked good questions to ensure everything was done properly. I received regular photo updates and my kitty seemed happy upon return home.

Criss is absolutely phenomenal, I can’t recommend her enough. She is the best Rover cat sitter we have ever had. Criss went above and beyond while watching our cats for a week and sends tons of pictures and updates. Our cats are very particular and usually hide whenever anyone comes over but with Criss they were so happy to see her. Will 100% be rebooking with her from now on, she’s amazing!

Tina did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of my dog! She updated me after each visit and sent me pictures. :) I would 100% recommend her pet care to anyone!!!

Patrick was very responsive and sent lots of videos! He was punctual, asked questions, and gave our cat lots of love. I highly recommend Patrick as a cat sitter!!

Kim was outstanding!!! My cats are so shy but they warmed up to her, especially Lily. She was so detailed with updates and I know my girls were well cared for. I came home and they were so happy and in good spirits. Thank you so much Kim!

Caroline was the best! We had been nervous about leaving our cat Josephine for a two-week vacation, especially after Josephine hadn't been around many humans besides us since March 2020. Josephine took to Caroline's calm and friendly presence even during the screening visit. Josephine seemed to enjoy Caroline's visits very much and liked her so much she would follow Caroline around the house, even when Caroline was doing other things like watering the plants. We were very happy with the photos and updates Caroline sent every day. We felt very comfortable with Josephine in Caroline's care and would definitely work with Caroline again.
