She was, without a doubt, the best person we could have ever asked to care for our dog. From the very beginning, Daniela communicated consistently and clearly, giving us peace of mind every step of the way. Her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine love for animals were apparent in everything she did. Daniela went above and beyond—not only in caring for our dog, but in caring for our home as well. Without us ever asking, she took the initiative to tidy up parts of our house and even cleaned our backyard while we were away. This level of thoughtfulness and integrity is rare, and we were incredibly touched by her kindness. There was one particular instance that truly demonstrated Daniela’s professionalism and attentiveness. Our dog, who has a history of digestive issues, suddenly experienced diarrhea, which in the past has unfortunately turned bloody. Daniela noticed the symptoms right away, promptly administered the emergency probiotics from our pet’s medicine kit, and handled everything calmly and correctly. Thanks to her quick response and care, our dog’s condition improved significantly within a day. Throughout our time working with Daniela, she showed immense patience—not only with our dog, but with us as well. She answered every question, addressed every concern, and truly made this experience stress-free. She is not only a true professional but also a kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy person. Allison was great! She was very understanding about our dogs reactive behavior when meeting new people. Our dogs warmed up to her right away though because by her second drop in visit of the day I was told they were very friendly towards her and didn’t bark at her. That made me feel comfortable with them under her care.
