House Sitting in Richmond

Mayra is a wonderful caretaker for my dog, Honey. My dog adores her and she is great / comfortable with a bigger dog on walks etc. She is very trustworthy and provides quality care to my beloved dog ❤️

We've had Mason house and dog sit for us twice now, most recently for a longer trip out of town. He's consistently communicative, friendly, and responsible. He shared photos every day and even took our dog on adventures in new neighborhoods and parks which we know she loved. We felt at ease knowing that Mason was taking care of our dog and home and would book him again without hesitation.

Another great overnight pet sitting experience! This time she watched our cat for two nights. She always sends daily updates with pictures and follows our house and pet instructions like a pro. I always feel reassured when I’m out of town. Highly recommend.

Harold treats our dog Zanna like she was his own pet! She gets plenty of people-time and careful socialization with his dog as well. We can tell she's well-cared for. Harold was also very conscientious about communication, instructions, etc. Highly recommend!

Josephine did so well with our paraplegic pup Zulu!! Finding specialty care for a paraplegic dog can be tricky, but Josephine was open to learning & eager to try caring for Zulu - and she did amazingly!! Zulu was so satisfied (I.e., tired hehe) - Zulu loves her dedicated Rover friends, and we’re very glad we found Josephine for future care needs!

Irina took great care of our large dog and our home while she was dogsitting for us. We had good communication throughout the reservation process, pre-visit, and dogsitting duration and are grateful that Tilly was so well cared for. Thank you, Irina!

Sofia was so proactive, communicative and thoughtful in dog sitting for our somewhat high needs old man Brittany. She went the extra mile to follow our instructions/requests and took such good care of him. Would recommend her highly!

If I could give Rachael 10 stars I totally would. She is the most communicative and professional Rover sitter I have worked with. My dog Piper loved having her around and she kept our house neat and tidy.

Luna is absolutely amazing. She cared for our 3 month old Aussie puppy for 3 days and nights and she came back a better dog! Luna cares so much about the animals in her life and really understands their behaviors and needs. Our puppy had all kinds of undirected energy that was coming out with lots of puppy biting a frustrated barking, and since the stay with Luna and her pack she has really developed more focus and awareness of her behaviors, as have we. We are looking forward to her next stay. Thanks so much!

Sofia H. was able to stay in my home to pet-sit my kitty who has required some extra care in recent months due to some age-related weight loss. Sofia suggested a Meet & Greet which was helpful and reassuring. Kitty Rica approached her right away, so I could tell she is a kind, cat-person. Sofia was very reliable and communicative which was also very reassuring. She sent updates and several photos throughout my time away and was attentive about adding the requested supplements to Rica's meals. Thank you — I will be so happy to book again with you Sofia H.

Nastasia did a great job watching our dog and cat for the weekend and left our home clean and exactly as we’d left. She gave consistent updates and our pets really loved her. We have a reactive dog and she did a great job handling his behavioral issues.
