Harold was great! I have a big arthritic baby who’s very skittish around new people/places, but I had to be gone for several hours—and Harold was very responsive from the very beginning. Such a relief not to be stuck in a meeting worried about my baby. Harold sent plenty of photos, locked up, and left the key in my lockbox. When I got back, she was in her bed, a happy camper. Definitely hope he’s available the next time I have to be leave my girl who hates to be boarded away from home!

Maitexa was amazing with my rescue Cattle Dog! I was very nervous because she is normally super picky with people, but they got on so well! She was very thoughtful with her initial questions, organized several meetings to get more comfortable with her and before I knew it, they were the best of friends. She even bought Bailey toys and treats during the time I was gone. Messages and videos I got from her were hilarious and goofy!
