Dog Boarding in Rio Dell

Jessica was great, unfortunately our dogs were not. Jessica is very professional and protected our dogs even though they tried escaping. She has a great place for dogs to play.

Krissi is absolutely amazing!! She was quick to respond to messages and was so helpful answering all my questions about how to make a booking/ get the best deal. We have dogs with special needs due to health concerns and she did such a great job listening to all the of the information and was so on top of everything it made us feel at ease leaving our fur babies with her overnight! She sent us pictures and updates which gave me such joy to know our boys were having fun. We had a meet and greet with her and her dogs at her home and it was immediately apparent to me that she knew dogs and was highly adept of managing dog behavior and adjusting the environment to meet their needs. She was super flexible and was able to pick up and return our boys to our wedding venue so we didn’t have to task a guest or leave the festivities ourselves. If I could give her 6 stars I would! We love visiting the redwoods and will definitely reach out to her again should we need dog sitting/dog boarding. We highly recommend her services! This was our second experience with Mark watching our cats and it was excellent. We were able to drop off the cats quickly and we knew they were in a safe place with a window to look out of and a whole garage to explore. We texted Mark when we were 15 minutes from picking up the cats the next day and he had them crated and ready to go when we arrived. Another great experience!

Cora was so amazing to us and our Jack! Jack was so happy, roaming around with her dogs when we picked him up. Would definitely recommend and use her services again!

The best place to leave your dog, confident that it is receiving top notch care. After meeting with Mariah and Neil, I knew that I could leave my dog with them for over a week.

Our puppy had the most wonderful time with Sonja! He obviously really bonded with her and loved playing with the other dogs. Usually he has separation anxiety and is distressed when we leave him, but he came back to us happy and tired!

Highly recommend. I've boarded my high energy deaf dog with Pine Hill Pet Care twice now and couldn't be happier. Great communication, daily updates (with pictures sometimes), and flexibility when travel plans are subject to change. Cricket comes home tired and content.

Halley is amazing. Our dog Spirit barely even wants to leave. She goes on little adventures and gets plenty of snuggles and all the photos are so CUTE! I always feel great leaving our elderly pup in Halley’s capable hands.

This was our first time leaving our two very large dogs with someone we didn’t know. We left our two very large dogs with Carter for the weekend and were nervous about how they would behave.

Hailey was absolutely fantastic! Although my dog can be a bit challenging at times, she quickly won him over and kept me updated with regular pictures and progress reports.
