I am so in awe of the level of customer service and care received from Pratik. From the moment we met, I was grateful for the connection. Our baby had never been without family and I was very nervous. Pratik assured us that our Teddy was going to be ok. After day one, there was absolutely no doubt that he was living his best life greatly cared for . The care was more than what we could have ever asked for. By the pictures I received daily throughout the day, I definitely would have thought Teddy was a part of their family! I will definitely use Pratik again. No hesitation.

Maria is amazing! She keeps your pup happy and active the entire time while in her care. She’s very good at keeping you updated and sends video and pics so you can see how much fun your fur baby is having. We will definitely book with Maria again!!

Liam was amazing! We have a neurotic doggo who also needs medication, and she was obviously well cared for. I also received photos and communication regularly. Due to scheduling issues on my end, my elderly mother had to drop our dog off. Liam was very kind and helpful to her, above and beyond. Highly recommend you use him.

Marie-Eve saved us when our regular and back up pet sitters were both booked. She ensured that both Brewer and I were comfortable throughout the entire booking process and his stay. I can’t wait to book again and I know Brewer will be looking forward to his next visit!

Colleen and Paul have been so patient with Finn and always take things at his pace! They spoiled him and even got my non-cuddly boy to cuddle! Can’t recommend them enough!

Yulan and Gaochuan took wonderful care of my cat. She needs twice daily medication and is a senior kitty so need some extra love and attention. They sent pictures and I could tell she was relaxed and comfortable in their home.

Oscar is always excited to see Peter and Sara and they reciprocate! That alone makes dropping him off so much easier. The hosts are great communicators, so I do not worry (very much) while I'm away. We very much appreciate their flexibility with our usually crazy travel schedules.

Linda was amazing! It was our first time leaving the pups for a month and we were fortunate to find Linda. She took such great care of the doggies. She sent us daily updates, pictures, and videos. She knew exactly what to do when one of the dogs got sick and needed emergent care. We are so happy with Linda and definitely recommend her highly.

Shannon is the absolute best. Super kind, has great communication, is thorough and professional. Our pitty is a rescue with separation anxiety and can be dog reactive. This was the first time she spent overnight with someone outside of my family. Im definitely a crazy dog mom and was super anxious to leave her in someone else's care but meeting and talking to her all my worries went out the window, I was 110% comfortable leaving her in Shannons care and will definitely be using her again. On drop off our dog was super excited to see her and remembers her from the initial meet and greet. When we went to pick her up our dog definitely didnt miss us much and had a great time. Tierra was amazing, always sharing pics and updates on our dog pepper. Pepper was super happy with her to the point that she was a little depressed today from all the fun she had. If you are looking for a person to look after your pet, look no more! :)

Hayley and Pierce were awesome with Cooper. He was so excited to leave with them when I dropped him off. Hayley sent pics and kept up updated throughout our 10 days away from Cooper.

Bre did an amazing job with Pierre. She was attentive as well as sent daily updates and pictures of my little monster. I’m forever grateful for her kindness, generosity, and kindred spirit. I will be rebooking.

Dan is a great sitter and sent us photos of our dog during the stay. Fredi came back home healthy and well fed. We would recommend Dan for sure.

My flight was delayed and they totally understood, My Dog was taken care of very well, they sent pictures and made me feel at ease with this being my first time using the app.

Neela is so accommodating and by far the best Rover I have tried. You can tell that she clearly cares about your dog. She sends updates, pictures and videos. One thing I appreciate is how clean her house is. I have peace of mind that my dog is in a safe, clean and loving environment. 5 star and more! I will definitely use Neela again in the future.
