Dog Boarding in Riverside

I can tell Megan is so loving with animals and she made me feel comfortable leaving my 2 fur babies for the first time. I appreciated the pictures and updates she sent throughout their stay. My dogs seemed relaxed and cozied up on the couch just like at home!

Kristina was wonderful with Polly who is a geriatric dog that is deaf and blind. She came to understand Polly's language and was able to give her what she needed when she needed it. Great communicator. Sends photos and videos. I would definitely use her pet sitting services again. Thank you again Kristina.

This was my first time using Rover to board my dog and after this experience with Nutan, I will definitely be using the app and their services again! Nutan was exceptional with her care for my baby, Guinness. Together with her partner, Nutan took Guinness on many walks, made their own home feel like Guinness’s own home, introduced Guinness to their own dog and let them play a bunch, and gave Guinness so much more care and attention than I could have originally asked for. Not to mention all the pictures and videos, which helped me feel more and more comfortable with my decision for using Rover and Nutan! I will definitely be reaching out to Nutan for my next trip.

Emily (and her family) treated my dog like their own. Although my dog is shy and has never been away from us in 13 years, I had no doubt that was in good hands. Emily had no issues with warming my dog's food and providing her with treats during specified times. I wish I knew of Emily sooner, I would have taken many more trips without worrying about my dog. She even provided daily updates and pics!

Dorcas and her family were amazing! She was taking care of my foster for a few days and she took such great care of him that as an anxious person I felt no stress at all. She was so confident in her skills and in my foster that helped him push his boundaries and thanks to her I now know that my foster can be calm when I’m not home. She sent constant updates and made sure my puppy feels at home. Finally I can travel without dog mom guilt!

Naydamar was probably one of the best sitters my Great Dane, Bean, has ever had. He was happy, relaxed, and super comfy in every photo she sent. She communicated all throughout the stay. I will def be booking her again and I recommend anyone wanting a clean, warm, and welcoming home for their pup to go with Naydamar!

Jeffrey was so amazing. I have never had a better dog sitter for my little baby. He worked with my Bentley in every way possible and did not see his bladder problem as a hassle but saw it as an opportunity to work with him to better him. Jeffrey sent pictures and videos everyday of my Bentley playing and having the best time. My Bentley looked so happy and when we picked him up, he did not want to leave Jeffrey which was a good sign. I could not be more happy with the services Jeffrey provided and he was such a nice guy. Very roomy home with much space for my Bentley. If you want a great sitter who will give your dog growth and make your dog at his /hers happiest, Jeffrey is the man for the job. I can’t express enough how grateful and appreciative I am.

There are not enough wonderful things I can say about our experience with Julie & John! Julie was so proactive in communication with small updates throughout the day with pictures, which I appreciate so much. We will definitely choose to book with you guys whenever you’re available. Rosalyn is a great dog sitter. I couldn't be happier with the care she provided for my baby Tommy. The drop-off and pickup process was so smooth and easy, which immediately put my mind at ease when I'm at work. I was so grateful for the daily pictures and updates she sent, which showed me how much fun my Tommy was having on his walks and during playtime. Thank you so much Rosalyn.

April was amazing. She took our dog very last minute and was very flexible with pick time. She treated our dog like she was her own. She sent lots of pictures and videos so we could see how our dog was. We are very happy and recommend April highly.

From the Dogs POV. Miss Crystal was wonderful and attentive to my needs. She welcomed me on their couch. On the bed. Both were comfy. Made sure I was fed on time. My hoomans forget the exact times occasionally. We watched multiple Dodger games and I even learned a board game with the smol hooman. I'm not sure how to play still but it seemed fun. Thank you Miss Crystal and I (Walnut) hope my Hoomans book you again soon!

Cinnamon has never been as comfortable at first introduction as she was with Jennifer and Lucy. It made me feel much more confident boarding her. Jennifer makes sure to keep you updated and send pictures of your pup. Has dedicated space for alone time if needed and her pup Lucy is very well behaved and a perfect playmate for my Cinnamon girl. Definitely recommend and will use in the future!!

I cannot express how happy we are that we found Nancy to pet sit our 9 year old Shih Tzu, Chloe, for 12 days while we were recently on vacation. Nancy gave us updates and pictures of our Chloe and that peace of mind that we had was priceless. When it was time for us to pick Chloe up, she looked healthy. She didn't lose weight, she didn't get a UTI or other health issues and her stress level was not as high as in her past boarding experiences at previous pet "resorts" in our area. Nancy also bathed her as Nancy is also a groomer! Prior to her stay, we did do a meet and greet and then a 2 night trial stay to see if Nancy was the right sitter for Chloe and thank goodness it all turned out very well. Nancy was able to asses Chloe to make her care more personalized, was more than capable of following feeding instructions and I didn't feel I had to hold any of Chloe's supplements while we were gone. As background information, Chloe had previously stayed at 2 different pet "resorts" and experienced so much stress that it affected her health. She was extremely stressed being with other dogs but when she was by herself in a private room, she would chew on her paws to the point of bleeding and even got a UTI and vaginitis. She was also rejected by another pet hotel because she was too anxious when she was around other dogs. Our last resort was rover.com and finding Nancy was truly a blessing. Thank you, Nancy, very much for taking such excellent care of our Chloe and keeping us updated!

Chelly is the best sitter ever! My family went out of town and I left my two babies, 10 month old puppy and my lab with her and she made sure to follow all the care instructions and even took them for walks/ exercise daily and sent me many updates and pictures!! My dogs seemed very comfortable and like they had fun during the stay! Thanks chelly!!
