Excellent pet caretaker. I would highly recommend Ella. She is attentive, detailed and caring to your pet like it was her own. Mochi was very depressed when she left as he was that attached to her! We will have to have her back : )

I am sure Leyda is a 5 star sitter, but we’re still getting to know each other. She seems really sweet and my dogs like her. Thank you for taking care of my dogs, Leyda!!

Laila came to our rescue when I realized that my new puppy , Abby, cannot go camping with us because she is not vaccinated for the Parvovirus. Years ago when my daughter got their first dog, a sweet puppy named Jax, he contracted the parvovirus simply from a playtime on their front lawn. Jax struggled , the vet did all he could, we worried, we cried and we prayed but we lost that sweet little boy… due to that one seemingly innocent event. Camping with our family with a new puppy in our tent was a super tempting thought. However, because of how radically Jax suffered , I knew I must not risk her ,my new puppy’s, life also (just for our enjoyment) My daughter recommended Rover. I was super impressed with several quick responses from very caring pet sitters. I had to meet and feel good about a person first however ( there are several things I had to consider-it’s not an easy decision) . One, someone I just met gets a house key, yikes! Two, someone I just met could be simply untruthful, Three, my puppy already has important issues, like biting, to be trained out of. ( there is also a liability here- she’s already play bit and hurt me). These are things I never worried about when owning dogs before… I’m older and wiser now:) During our meet and greet, Laila came in and immediately managed my puppy’s untrained behavior with her interaction and positive training techniques. She had a mature, respectful and very thoughtful demeanor, personable and professionally speaking. I felt she had a keen awareness of what I might be experiencing and she knew how to calm those worries. I explained that I was also interviewing a few others and she totally understood and was not put off. We chose her because we felt she was the complete package. I felt that my house was safe and that Laila would handle an emergency ( fire, and other house worries) if one would arise. We felt that she was focused and truly had a love for what she does ( she says it’s a hobby) that she has a career in another field, that this is her enjoyment basically. I felt like my puppy’s well-being was important to her above making any dollar amount! We received more than enough Updates and pictures over the stay and it’s very apparent that she did put time and effort into training my pup not to bite. My puppy still tries to play bite but NOTHING like before Laila came! I feel blessed! We found Laila to be super honest and reliable, professional and competent! What a stress reliever to have found her!!!! She indeed exceeded my expectations!

Rocelyn did an excellent job taking care of my senior golden retriever! He requires a lot of medication and care which could easily overwhelm someone. Rocelyn was communicating with me and sending multiple pictures daily. It made my trip stress free knowing he was so well taken care of. He loves her! Rocelyn stayed in my home and it was vacuumed (no dog hair) and tidy when I returned.

:) As always, Jenna is responsible, communicative, and fantastic. She kindly accommodated a last minute scheduling change when my trip was delayed for a few hours and my pets adore her.

Jason was great! He sent lots of pics and videos to let us know how our pup was doing while we were gone. We are very appreciative of the time and energy he spent with Monty.

Ellen was amazing!! She stayed at our house for the weekend to watch all four of our animals and went above and beyond! She was able to accommodate each pets’ specific needs and even helped us water our garden! She left our house better than we left it. She was very respectful and gave updates everyday too! We will definitely be hiring Ellen again!!

Not sure if I will do Esther justice with this review but I’ll give it my best try. Esther has taken care of Astro a couple of times before and we have been really happy with the care she has provided and have decided to book her anytime we are out of town if her availability allows. So there was no question she would be the person to take care of him during our latest outing. Unfortunately, Astro was not feeling his best and we were so stressed knowing we would have to leave with him knowing he wasn’t feeling 100%. We reached out to Esther and let her know that Astro was having tummy troubles but seemed to be turning the corner. We asked is she could cook rice for him and prepare bland meals to help settle his belly and she was quick to agree to help in any way she could. Well, when she arrived his stomach problems were way worse than we had predicted. She walked in to a house that had been completely soiled with projectile diarrhea! She called us and very calmly told us Astro had an accident and wanted to know where our cleaning supplies were at to clean the mess. After seeing the video she took of the scene she walked into I was shocked. Astro had bombed most of our home! The way she managed the whole situation was beyond professional. She cleaned all the mess which I’m sure was not fun! And the way she cared for our guy and nursed him back to health is something we will be eternally grateful for! We are so thankful for the piece of mind she gave us while being away from home. Thank you so much, Esther! We owe you big time! Thank you for going above and beyond!

After some less than stellar experiences in the past I was a bit worried about finding a good match. I came across this intelligent and considerate caregiver who has provided amazing service for my elderly special needs animals! Punctual, professional, clean and communicative, Caitlin is fantastic in all areas and I highly recommend her!

Kristin is the best! She took wonderful care of our very energetic and silly puppy. She provided fantastic updates and pictures throughout the weekend. We would definitely have Kristin watch our dog again!

I wish I could leave Aileen 10 stars. We were gone 11 days and Aileen made sure our puppies were loved more than even we could love them. They are too elderly pugs and have senior health issues that she had to take care of while we were gone. One of them had a small health issue that she immediately handled by contacting us and taking her to the vet. It was instantly handled because of her and our puppy was all perfect by the time we got home. She took care of all their walking and drugs and feeding and most importantly spent the night so they would feel safe all night long. She even gave them baths and cleaned our house right before we came home. I can’t say enough nice things about Aileen. If you need a dog sitter and if she’s available, I wouldn’t hesitate for one moment to hire her. Just make her your number one choice and don’t hesitate to get on her calendar because a lot of people know she’s fabulous. Especially our two elderly pugs Zelda and Gypsy!
