Viridiana is wonderful she helped me last minute and my dogs really loved her. She was very sweet and responded back in seconds. I would recommend her every time thank you so much again.

Not sure if I will do Esther justice with this review but I’ll give it my best try. Esther has taken care of Astro a couple of times before and we have been really happy with the care she has provided and have decided to book her anytime we are out of town if her availability allows. So there was no question she would be the person to take care of him during our latest outing. Unfortunately, Astro was not feeling his best and we were so stressed knowing we would have to leave with him knowing he wasn’t feeling 100%. We reached out to Esther and let her know that Astro was having tummy troubles but seemed to be turning the corner. We asked is she could cook rice for him and prepare bland meals to help settle his belly and she was quick to agree to help in any way she could. Well, when she arrived his stomach problems were way worse than we had predicted. She walked in to a house that had been completely soiled with projectile diarrhea! She called us and very calmly told us Astro had an accident and wanted to know where our cleaning supplies were at to clean the mess. After seeing the video she took of the scene she walked into I was shocked. Astro had bombed most of our home! The way she managed the whole situation was beyond professional. She cleaned all the mess which I’m sure was not fun! And the way she cared for our guy and nursed him back to health is something we will be eternally grateful for! We are so thankful for the piece of mind she gave us while being away from home. Thank you so much, Esther! We owe you big time! Thank you for going above and beyond!

I was a little nervous to use Rover, but Laila was fabulous. I got many photo and text updates and everyone looked happy and healthy! When I arrived home in the evening it was not the usual frantic "where have you been", they were glad to see me, but I could tell they had been happy and had a lot of attention. When we had our first "interview" visit she seemed like such a genuinely nice person. I would highly reccommend her and I will be booking her for all my stays. I am very particular when it comes to my doggies and kitty and I am so glad I found her.

She was great with Boo! I will be using her again. She deserves more than the fee she has for customers. I highly recommend her. Thanks sooooo much Rocelyn for taking good care of Boo!

This was the first time with Grace. Our Lab Upon returning home, we could definitely tell that our Valet loved her and had was well taken care of in our absence. We will definitely rebook with her!
