Alesya opena her home immediately when you drop off your pup which makes me feel so much better about where I am leaving her. She is not trying to hide anything. The best part is when I rang the bell to drop of my dog and I could hear her kids yell “Taylor”. They are just as excited to spend time with my dog as Alesya is. Taylor wags her tail when she goes to Alesta’s house instead of being scared so I know she feels safe there.

Appreciate you so much! Thanks for taking such great care of our fur babies! First time leaving them and Victoria was great at communicating and easing my mind! Will use again!

Haley is great! She took care of my 4 month old puppy over the weekend. He is a major handful right now and she handled it all so well. He loved her. She is great with dogs ❤️

We are so happy with how our dog’s stay with Mary went! Our girl tends to be a little shy and has been a little anxious being away from home in the past. After staying with Mary, though, I think she may even like being with her as much or more than at home! She came home happy and calm (the sign of a well-exercised doggy!). Mary took her to the dog park for fetch and sent us pictures while we were away. We’ll be sending her back to stay with Mary again!!

This was his first visit and he was eager to explore and was comfortable and having a good time when we left. Susan and Irvin were welcoming and took great care of our pup!

Amazing experience for my cat Coco. This was a last-minute stage due to my apartment needed to be painted and she helped me significantly. I felt so safe and Coco enjoyed the Cat condo had a great time. It was amazing for Coco hundred percent recommend she’s my lifetime sitter now. She also allowed me to do a very early drop off .

We love Tamara so much. We have been leaving our dogs for years, on long trips and short. I don’t trust anyone else with them but her. I feel 100% secure and worry free on my trips knowing they’re safe and loved.

Tracey is always so caring and easy to communicate with. She takes care of our little princess as if she were her own. Tracey always keeps me updated with pictures throughout Misty’s stay and it’s very much appreciated. We have use Tracey’s services multiple times now and are happy each time. Tracey is someone that we can depend on and will continue to be returning clients for future dog sitting needs. Thank you Tracey!

Our mini golden doodle looked so happy in the care of Byron’s household. She was in the company of other small gentle dogs, she got to be cozy inside and let out regularly to a nice clean yard with the couple other dogs. We received updates and Byron was very nice and easy to communicate with. We are so glad we found his service and will be so happy to be back next time!

Sandra is just great! Very warm and welcoming. She has a very clean and organized house. Max has been with her a a few times now and just loves being there. He’s always tuckered out when we pick him up. We receive plenty of daily updates from Sandra and makes us feels happy knowing he’s in good hands.

Sohui did an amazing job while taking care of Charlie. Charlie is very shy and she usually doesn't eat if she's not comfortable, but Sohui did a great job gaining her trust and Charlie was already eating by the second day. I also loved the multiple pictures Sohui sent every day, it made me feel relieved knowing that Charlie was in good hands. I would totally recommend Sohui, she is very responsible and it's obvious that she loves dogs.

Coco exceeded our expectations! We felt so relaxed during our trip knowing how well taken care of our pup was! Coco sent regular updates throughout out the day with photos and videos and our Sammy boy looked so happy and relaxed in every single one! Her German shepherd Shadow makes an excellent companion and I know our Sammy will miss him! Her cat Dusty also made a few guest appearances in the photos hehe, a happy bunch indeed. Coco, thank you to you and your husband for the outstanding care and service! We can’t wait to book again when needed!

Jena and her family were amazing. They kept us well informed on how she was doing, and sent multiple pics. Her kids were awesome w Jessie. We’ll absolutely use them again!

This feedback is for two reasons. First, I want to express my immense gratitude to Gregory for saving us during a very stressful moment. Our original sitter canceled the booking just two days before we were scheduled to drop off our dog. We found out after 5 PM on a Friday, which was incredibly stressful and frustrating, though we understand that unforeseen situations can occur. What was particularly upsetting was that when I searched for a new sitter, the fees were significantly higher due to the short notice. I reached out to Rover support and was disappointed to learn that there is no real contingency plan for last-minute sitter cancellations. A sitter's trustworthiness and reliability are paramount to building the company's reputation. This is why Gregory was such a blessing. He is a true asset to Rover. He took exceptional care of our German Shepherd for an entire week. He provided daily walks, ensured our dog ate on time, dedicated time for play, and made sure he had plenty of rest. We are so grateful for his professionalism and care. He is highly recommendable, and we will definitely be requesting his services again.

Whitney is a very knowledgeable dog handler and was so thoughtful with Makker. He absolutely loved the pool and was sooo comfortable in her house.

Leslie watched my dog for 2+ weeks while I was out of the country. Throughout, I was sent pictures and texts with updates, so I was always reassured that he was doing good. One night his tummy was upset and he vomited and had diarrhea. She handled it like a true pro that was caring and patient. When I apologized, she calmly said "It's nothing - It's part of the job". Leslie was also flexible with the schedule when my plane was delayed, and I had to extend my pup's care for 2 more days. No problem! And when there were a few days she couldn't watch my pup, she found and cleared it with me, a very reliable friend to watch my pup. All the while ... giving me updates. So, would I recommend Leslie? Hands down .. Yes!

Ana cared for my dogs like they were her own, when they came home they didn’t act traumatized like they have with other dog sitters. We received daily photos showing that our dogs were enjoying themselves and I felt comfortable that they were in good hands.

We’ve never felt more comfortable leaving our fur baby than we did with Evgenia! We got tons of pictures, videos, and updates to make being apart easier. Her girls were also great with Zaylah and you could see them giving lots of affection. Booking again!
