This was our first time ever using Rover, and we were honestly a bit nervous and skeptical about the whole thing. But, from the very first meet & greet with Shelli, she immediately put us at ease. She is warm and approachable, and it was clear to us from the start, that she took her responsibilities as a dog sitter very seriously. Throughout the weekend, she stayed in touch with regular updates of our dog Logan, including a summary of activities, photos, and videos, which really helped us relax and enjoy our time away. We can't thank her enough for going above and beyond and will definitely be booking with her again!
