House Sitting in Sacramento

Shera does a great job working with our two young retrievers while we are away. She works with them to reinforce good training and to make sure they aren't being overly reactive and barking at noisey neighbors or squirrels that might taunt them. She sends great pictures and videos throughout her stay, which assures us they are well cared for every time.

Natalie was fantastic, professional and trustworthy. I booked her to stay the night at my house and watch my large dogs and several cats. She provided regular updates and photos which was greatly appreciated. When the weather was to hot for a walk she played inside with them, that’s when I knew my animals were in good hands. Will definitely be using her again.

Holly always loves our pets (2 cats, 1 dog) as if they were her own. Holly is great at communicating with us, and we can leave town knowing that they’re in the best hands. That peace of mind is worth so much— particularly because two of our pets have medical needs. Thank you so much, Holly!

Elizabeth was AMAZING with my kitten. She shared lots of photos and updates. Lizzie is a very high energy and playful kitten and I know she had the best time with Elizabeth. Lots of playtime and lots of love. So grateful to Elizabeth for making leaving Lizzie behind so much easier because I know she was cared for in every sense of the word. thank you!!!

We have such peace of mind when we travel and book with Carolyn! She she keeps our high energy and anxious doggo tuckered out and she treats him like a king. He absolutely loves her and even tried to go sleep in her guest room the day we got home. She is a fantastic and considerate house guest and great with quick communication and keeping us up to date. We will definitely continue to book with Carolyn!

Janessa was really great! She sent me updates all the time and pictures The animals loved her! Even my shy cat came out and said hello. She has a really wonderful personality that you feel super comfortable with her. She took really great care of my house as well I highly recommend her. I would use her again. Hopefully I go on another vacation soon!

My kitty loved Brenna! She was very communicative while we were out on vacation and sent us lots of pictures and updates. Our house was in the same shape as when we left we will definitely book her again.

Dustin stayed at our home to watch our 2 dogs for a week while we were out of the country. He was in regular communication with texts and photos of the dogs. Dustin even went to the pharmacy and picked up our dog’s seizure medication while we were away! We came back to happy, healthy pups and a very tidy house. This was our first time using a Rover sitter and we are very happy with his service. We will be booking with him again! Thank you Dustin!

Kat is a professional. She shows up on time, she keeps me in the loop, she takes great care of my dog, her dog takes great care of my dog, and she took great care of my house. Kat + Snickz = power duo. They will absolutely be at the front of the list for future house sittings. Thank you, Kat!

Danni was great with our two huskies! Another sitter canceled last-minute due to an emergency, but we are honestly so happy that we found Danni. She very quickly scheduled a meet and greet, during which she asked very thoughtful questions about caring for our dogs and home. Despite the panic of the last-minute cancellation from our other sitter, we felt so comfortable with having Danni take care of our dogs! She kept us updated throughout our trip and left our home spotless. Most importantly, it was obvious that Danni has exceptional experience with reading dog body language, as one of our huskies is very leash-reactive and Danni handled her like a pro (no issues)! We’d definitely book with Danni again!

Joel was great and Henry loved him. Kept us up to date with pictures and texts each day. We will definitely be using him again next time we are out of town.

Jessica was wonderful with our dog and cat. She was very thoughtful and asked great questions during the meet and greet. During her stay, she updated us with videos and pictures. Our pets are usually anxious when we leave but we know they were in great hands with Jessica!

Dayja was so great with all four of my babies! From my young crazy heeler to my getting up there in age cats. She was very communicative, send lots of pictures and was respectful of my home. Also she followed my kind of elaborate feeding instructions beautifully. Will definitely book her again.

We have used Carrie before and she is absolutely fantastic!!! We can tell she is very good to the dogs because they barely miss us 😊 Carrie is very attentive to her clients, send darling photos, and keeps the kids active! Carrie also is flexible and great to work with! Definitely recommend!!
