Julia is amazing ! Very caring, conscientious and trusted. Her communication is excellent as well. She went above and beyond taking time during her busy week to promptly get one of our dogs to the vet when she noticed an urgent issue . The dogs clearly bonded with her and were lovingly taken care of which gave us great peace of mind . Julia is terrific and has our highest recommendation.

Peter was fantastic. Not only was he flexible, professional and generous (going way beyond the call of duty) during an extended power outage, but he was kind and cheerful while dealing with adversity. He also left our house spotless and our dog super content. So appreciative of his communication and positive energy and attitude. We will definitely have him come stay with Otis again in the future.

Dorothy is responsive, communicative, and responsible. She took wonderful care of our senior pup, including sending lots of pictures and keeping me updated. I highly recommend her and hope to book her again in the future!
