Dog Boarding in Salinas

Marta was amazing! Very grateful for how attentive she was with my sweet baby girl Zara. With a short notice, Marta and her husband agreed to watch my puppy for overnight boarding, and sent me pictures as well as videos, throughout the day/night. Zara was thrilled to have companions while I was attending a wedding, and even more happy to have another dog to play with. If I’m back in the Monterey area I will certainly reach out again. I highly recommend booking with Marta if you need daycare or boarding. They were wonderful! Thanks again!!!

I’ve had Gabriel take care of my dog both this year and last year, and I couldn’t be happier with his care! He is attentive, reliable, and genuinely loves dogs. I especially appreciated the regular updates and pictures he sent it was so reassuring to see my dog happy and well cared for while I was away. Rona provided updates and photos everyday of his stay, which I appreciated very much. Carlos was nervous at first but Rona made him feel at home and gave him lots of attention which he loves. I would use Rona’s services again.

Bridget took great care of Benelli while I was away! She sent lots of pictures and was great with communication. She is very flexible. I know Benelli was in good hands!

Nicole and family was a blessing for a last minute booking I had. Ona had a blast and she was so great with updates and pictures. My daughter loved the updates we received. I’m so very grateful. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Mike and Lynn were wonderful with Gypsy. Gypsy was very comfortable around them. I stayed for 30 minutes chatting with both of them when I went to pick up Gypsy. Very nice folks.

Nicole was amazing. We left our dog (Tryggur) with her for three weeks while we were out of the country. The day before we left he tore off a nail and had to have it bandaged constantly to prevent it from getting infected. She did it all, as well as give him his usual meds (he's 13). He played great with her pups and she was awesome about getting us photos of him and little updates so we could see how he was doing. She was absolutely great with him and we for sure use her again. Thanks!

Grace and Claudio were amazing sitters for my puppy Bruno! They were both very fast with their communication and gave plenty of updates, with pictures as well. This was the first time my puppy has been with a sitter, and Grace and Claudio gave me plenty of reassurance that he was having fun and was being well taken care of! I appreciate their availability as it was last minute, but with open arms they welcomed Bruno into their home.

Donna took great care of our two little dogs. She is sweet and obviously loves caring for animals. Her communication was good and her photos helped us not to miss our fur babies to much!

Our pups had a wonderful time with Marion! They were so happy when we got back – they were obviously so well taken care of, and given the time and attention they need. We are so thankful, and would definitely book with Marion again!

Chris went above and beyond when she cared for my 6 month old pup Harper. I was just visiting the area for one night and couldn't have the dog where I was staying. I was nervous to leave her but she instantly felt at home with Chris and her lovely pups. Chris is a vet tech and so wonderful with animals so I knew Harper was in great hands. She went above and beyond, taking her to the beach the next day and even capturing photos of my pup playing in the sand. I only wish I lived closer so we could use Chris often!

I was so anxious about leaving Prince for the first time and really wanted to find someone kind, calm, and warm. I was so blessed to come across Ida. Her prices are incredibly reasonable, but honestly, the care she gives is priceless. She’s truly a top-notch babysitter. She kept me updated the whole time, sent pictures, and made sure Prince felt safe and loved. He adores her so much already! I felt so calm and at peace during my trip knowing he was in her hands. Ida is amazing — sweet, responsible, patient, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for future sitting for my baby, Prince. Thank you so much, Ida. Excellent dog sitting. A great place and a great family that took care of my old dogs. Really appreciate all of the updates and the enthusiasm of the kids. Will certainly be high on the list next time I go out of town.

Sarah and her family were wonderful! Saffie immediately felt right at home. Very nice comfortable home for her. It was great to receive photos from them of Saffie with their kids. Made us smile.

Citlali was great at looking after our dog Parker. She was kind to send us a photo of Parker and a message to make sure he was well. That was considerate of her. Also she has a very cute cat who played with our Parker during the stay. She is a wonderful sitter.

Carolyn was so wonderful with our dogs. They went for walks every day I got pictures every day. My dogs came home happy. I would definitely recommend Carolyn and will definitely look to re-book with her.

Stasha was great! This was our first time leaving Copper, and as a first-time dog mom, I was definitely a little nervous and probably texted her a million times too many lol but she was so kind and patient with all my questions and kept me updated with the sweetest photos and videos. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was safe, and playing and being loved on, and even snuggled up with her at night! We’d absolutely use her services again in the future. Another amazing stay with Asta! She helped us out last minute with our girl Sadie and was super accommodating and loving. Sadie was excited to see her which is always a good sign. Thanks again!
