This is our second time using Jenna to drop in on our cat a couple times each day while we were out of town. She sent awesome pics and updates with each visit. But the best part is that we came home to a very happy cat. She’s amazing. Highly recommend.

Thank you Melanie for taking care of Stormy! My only feedback would be more consistency in the times requested and accepted…we are very flexible but it does help with the coming and goings and monitoring the house while we are out of town. Otherwise, everything was great!

This was the first time I had used Rover and I was very impressed by Stacey. You could tell she loves animals and made fast friends with both our dogs. Our dog Max usually doesn’t like strangers and shies away when meeting someone new, but he warmed up to her. She was very friendly, professional and exceeded my expectations (cleaned up after feeding the dogs). If everyone at Rover is this good I’ll be coming back and telling others! Thanks Stacey.

Shanise was so great with our cat, Keiko, and so communicative throughout the whole process. It was our first time leaving town since we'd adopted our kitten, and knowing Shanise was there to check in and play with her daily put me at ease. We had a good experience with Dana. During the meet and greet Dana and her boyfriend were respectful of our customs (shoes off indoors). During her visits she took the time to engage with our cats and made sure our one asthmatic cat took his medicine. We would definitely recommend and hire her again when the time comes.
