Cat Sitting in San Francisco

We couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter than Sammy (Yue Yue)! She took excellent care of our two kitties, keeping us updated with plenty of photos and videos. She spent quality time playing with them and made sure they were happy and well-fed. Even with our somewhat ambiguous feeding instructions, she figured out a schedule that worked for the cats and kept us in the loop to make sure it worked for us too. Sammy was always punctual, polite, and professional. She kept us informed about everything, including when one of our kitties threw up. Since we’ve been logging these incidents to figure out the cause, her updates and continued monitoring were very helpful. She also replaced a cat food plate that got accidentally chipped and kept us informed. Sammy truly went above and beyond—not only did she replace our olive oil when it ran out (which she absolutely didn’t have to do!), but she also assembled an unexpected kitty scratcher that arrived with a litter delivery. On top of all that, she kept the house clean, making sure everything was tidy when we returned. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend Sammy to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and dedicated pet sitter. We’ll definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!

David did a wonderful job. He was here during the time frames we set, and he made sure my cats were fed, watered, and that the litter box was cleaned. Great job!

Lauren took great care of my two kittens while I was gone! She gave them all the play time they could ask for and I could tell from the photos just how much they adore her - she even got my my least cuddly kitten to cuddle! I will definitely book with Lauren again.

This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous about leaving both my cat and apartment in the care of a stranger. But as soon as I met Jenny, all my worries disappeared. She sent me updates twice a day, and my cat, Pip, always looked so happy and content in the photos. Jenny clearly spent quality time with her, playing and cuddling, which was a huge relief. It made my trip so much more enjoyable knowing that someone was staying with Pip, not just popping in once a day like other sitters I've used in the past. I came home to a happy cat and my apartment just as I left it. I will definitely ask Jenny to catsit again – she’s awesome! Your pets will be so well cared for!

Kayla was amazing! She took great care of my cat while I was away. She definitely understands cats and their unique personalities which made me super comfortable leaving her with my baby. It was clear my cat was happy and felt safe with her. She gave great updates, was reliable, and made my trip stress free. Tami loves animals and it shows. I can tell that my cat enjoyed having her as sitter when I was away for more than a week. Tami really focused on her, playing her favorite game and making sure she received undivided attention. I appreciated getting lots of pictures of the visits as well. We had a wonderful experience with Rachel and will certainly may be rebooking in the future. Rachel was wonderful with our three cats and always made sure to spend quality time with our grumpy senior man even though he can be standoffish. She sent tons of photos and sat with the cats for hours each day she house sitted. The litter boxes were kept clean and she administered supplements and a topical medication. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived home. Thank you so much Rachel for watching our kitties!
