House Sitting in San Francisco

Labor Day weekend, I planned a brief two night getaway just North of SF and Elric was available to house/dog sit. I had not left my baby girl with anyone since our last Rover sitter/walker moved to SoCal, so I was a little nervous. But, it worked out great. He made time to meet with me beforehand so that I could go through everything with him as this would be his first time house sitting as an addition to walking my baby girl (he'd been doing that for over a month). During that getaway, he kept me up to date, which I really appreciated since this was a first overnighter. I will definitely be relying upon Elric for future getaways where I can't bring my baby girl.

Ashley is super thorough, kept us updated, and left our house cleaner than we left it. Amazing dog watcher and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for taking such good care of Huddie.

David is a FANTASTIC sitter. He house sat for us (10 days) and our fur babies were incredibly happy with him. His notes were extremely helpful and regular updates made me feel that our cats and dog were in good hands!

Akiko did a great job taking care of our dog for a few days. We came home to a well rested boy. Akiko provided plenty of updates and was quick to alert us if anything seemed off. Hope to work with her again.

I needed someone to cover for my other sitter, and Bri and Raj were excellent communicators. Everything went smoothly while I was out of town, and Raj and Freckles had a fun afternoon.

Laura did a wonderful job house sitting and taking care of my senior dog and two cats! I received lots of detailed updates and can tell everyone was well-loved on while I was away. Highly recommend! Thank you so much.

Wow, this is one of those moments where you're torn between keeping a wonderful secret to yourself and sharing it, even if it means risking her availability in the future! Tami is absolutely fantastic—she’s the only dog sitter we’ve ever had who our dog actually allows to touch her. Throughout the evening, Tami sent us pictures of our dog completely relaxed, and when we came home, it was clear she had been comfortable the entire time. We feel so lucky to have found Tami and can’t wait to go out again, knowing our dog is in such caring and capable hands. 💖

I would hire Mollie again without hesitation. She took great care of our pets and house - our dog has some leash aggression - and I am always concerned about letting someone else manage her - but Mollie did a great job. She sent photos and kept us posted. She also gave our girl her medication, and had no problem doing so. She also took great care of our cat - so you know Mollie can take care of both with grace.

Had Eric sit for 2 different days while traveling and am so grateful for his care of my dog and cat. He followed the care instructions closely including for my dog who has a few specific needs and stayed with them during the day to keep them company. I felt comfortable leaving them in his care and would do it again!

She responded to my urgent call for help, came to our place at moment’s notice, took care of our puppy for an entire day while I flew to another city to deal with an emergency issue. My wife is very happy. I highly recommend her

Sammy (Yue Yue) was great for our large, shy dog Layla. Sammy has a very calming presence and put Layla at ease. She met with us before watching her at our place, was on time and followed all instruction we left. I highly recommend her to watch your pet.

Elisa watched my cat and stayed at my house for 7 days while I was out of town. She was perfect - super easy to communicate with, she sent multiple updates and pictures a day, and my cat had warmed up to her and was following her around and laying on her in the first 24 hours! Elisa left my place very clean, brought in my packages, and my cat seemed super happy when I got home. I would definitely hire Elisa again!

Sukufe did house sitting for us and did a great job. She’s warm, friendly, and the fur kids were relaxed hanging out with her. Very prompt especially with an early morning start. Highly recommend and will hire again.

Laxmi was wonderful! She was very easy to communicate with in the lead-up to the booking and was wonderful throughout the booking itself. She sent daily updates and our two cats seemed extremely comfortable and at ease with her. She also left the house nice and tidy, which was such a nice thing to come home to! Meagan was a doting sitter and lovely person… She sent photos of our pup every day and we could see how happy and relaxed our pup was w her… Meagan gave us great comfort in leaving behind our loved on while on vacation

Charlotte was amazing with 🦆. She went above and beyond to make sure he had a fun filled day/night. She also sent so many sweet updates which made my day.

Tamiya is our go-to for all our pup care! She sets the bar high and her care of our elder pup and our home is so evident when we come home. I’m so grateful to her!

Jenny did an AMAZING job with our two dogs. She has a very strong background with animals and it shows with the care and attention she provided Caesar and Bernie. She took them on several walks, socialized them with other dogs, gave them a complimentary bath and provided several updates every day. Our dogs smelt fresh and were as happy as they could be when we returned. Jenny even left a sweet note with things she learned about our dogs, letting us know that she gave them more attention than any other dog sitter we’ve had before. We would definitely use Jenny again.
