Sam did a great job taking care of my babies (two needy cats). The cats both require medications, but Sam didn’t have any issues which was so comforting for me and my partner to know the cats were in good hands for the weekend. Michelle does a great job caring for my crazy cat! I appreciate how communicative she is about each visit and I can tell even though my cat can be a pain as he is slow to trust people he doesn't know well, she is patient and genuinely tries to connect with him.

As a siamese, he isn't the quietest cat to look after and has a particular set of routine he needs to follow but Danyel looked after him to the T! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eleni! She took care of my cat, Mira, during Thanksgiving week and went absolutely above and beyond in every way. She came by for a few hours each day and spent real, quality time with Mira—playing with her, feeding her dinner, and genuinely keeping her company instead of just doing quick check-ins. Eleni’s communication was exceptional. She sent a text every time she arrived and left, along with thorough updates and the sweetest photos that completely reassured me while I was away.
